9 years, three states and 4 different roles. @equinox , you have exceeded all my expectations.
What started as a dream then became a personal goal and finally a reality that took me on a personal journey that I could never even imagined in my wildest dreams.
Countless classes, so much growth and so many meaningful connections both with colleagues and member’s.
To everyone who I’ve crossed paths with, thank you for being a part of of the second longest relationship in my life.
I’m moving forward with a box full of memories and a heart filled with love.

A belated but no less heartfelt happy birthday to @lightonlotus and a sincere congratulations to @flowwithkate for not only surviving the last ten years, but for building this beautiful community.

@lightonlotus is not only my yoga home, where I became and developed into the teacher and person I am, it was also where I started my own acupuncture business and was my literal home for a couple years there, when I first returned to LA from New Jersey. But more than that it was the start and backdrop to some of the most significant and profound moments and relationships in my life to date. Yoga friends are the best friends. There are too many to list, there are too many to tag, there are too many to include on this highlight reel. So thank you to all of you who have shown up along the way, but mostly thank you @flowwithkate for building the space for us to show up to and for being our teacher and our friend. Here’s to the next 10.

I’m still riding the high from yesterday. 🖤✨

Hosted my first @authenticity_la experience was everything I hoped for and more. Created space to move, be present, and connect with intention and watching people walk in as strangers and leave laughing, lingering, and exchanging numbers was wild to witness.

The energy in the room was real.

Thank you for showing up fully. Thank you for your openness, your energy, and for helping bring this experience to life.

LA… I think we’re onto something.

More soon.

What a weekend for @cycleforsurvival Los Angeles 2026!!! Two shifts at West LA Saturday and a shift at South Bay Sunday and my heart is beyond full. It’s so incredibly special getting to witness the energy of these events and see the impact the money raised for @memorialsloankettering has made in the last 20 years in advancing rare cancer research.

This highlight reel shows lots of fun, dancing, clapping, singing, and of course cycling, but what it can’t show you wholly is the overwhelming feeling of hope and community that fills the room knowing we’re working together towards cures and treatment options for those that can’t.

This was my 9th year participating and I set a goal for 10 bikes on my team “Resilient Riders” aka needing at least 40 teammates to register (last year there were 16 😅), and we ended up with 46 on the team! I hit my fundraising goal of $1500 and my team is just shy of our $10k goal.

Fundraising is open until April 15 and even $5 can make a difference 🧡 thank you to everyone who donated, danced, taught, organized, and supported in any way!

December things, sparkly outfits, and life over the last few weeks…

I’ve enjoyed many amazing performance opportunities, holiday events and parties, walking in a fashion show, and still managing to train contortion whenever I can in between all of the festive things.

I’m currently in Nashville spending some time with family, but I definitely feel grateful for all of the festive moments that LA provided over the last few weeks.
