Whata weekend - we’re still reeling from the athletics and the absolute heat the Irish team brought ☘️ 😮‍💨 We had some of our own in Birmingham supporting, women in sport held a yoga session in Saleen, Kathleen won her age group in the Westport Olympic Triathlon, Macroom 5k saw some action and ofc the Cork City 10k was a vibe - so many runners doing their best and getting out, long may it last 👏💚

Ahem - BHAA J&J 5k in Lil Island this weekend had some stunnas showin up and out! 1st man home was Ger with a 2nd in O/55s, Kathleen Ryan is back after a knee injury with a crackin sub 20 and 1st in age category, John Cashmoney Cashman 💵 taking a 🥈 in O/60s, Mark Walsh 🥇 in O/65 and Neilus Aherne with 🥇 O/70s - bringing us to a 🥇 team - love to see it 💚
