So incredibly proud of Kathy and how far she has come! This journey has been nothing short of transformative. 🪽 We’ve been working, fine-tuning every little detail, and watching all that hard work come together week after week!

‘No soy suficiente.’

🤍 #familia #fuerzainterior #hogar #escrituraconalma #feyconstancia

Only 4 months left in the 2025 season ✨ and reflecting back on my incredible athletes. I couldn’t be prouder of my girls! Transformation Tuesday 🪄 A few of my favorite transformations 💫 What was the secret? 🧚🏼‍♀️✨ Not just the plan alone but the work in: 🌟 Consistency 🌟 Trust in program 🌟 Mental Resilience 🌟 Mindfulness 🌟 Self-Awareness 🌟 Work Ethic 🌟 Self-Love 🌟 Clear Vision 🌟 Coach @jnssy 🧚🏼‍♀️ The best part about these transformations? The belief, resilience, and relentless effort it takes to prove to yourself that anything is possible when you’re willing to put in the work, and when you’ve got the right circle backing you up. 🤝💪 #TransformationTuesday #BelieveInYourself #ConsistencyIsKey Team @fitbodyfusion @legion code: "janejones" interested in 1-1 Online Coaching with me (competition prep, lifestyle & transformation)?
