Our last retreat completely sold out… and honestly, it was such a beautiful day 🌿✨

From the moment everyone arrived, you could feel the shift. Shoulders dropping, deeper breaths, that quiet exhale of “I’m finally here.” Women who came feeling tired, overwhelmed, and constantly “on”… slowly softening into calm, connection, and space just for themselves 💚

There was gentle movement, deep rest, meaningful conversations, and also those quiet in-between moments that often matter the most. The hot tub and cold plunge, the sound bath, the cosy closing circle by the fire… everything came together in such a natural, grounding way 🔥🌊

By the end of the day, you could see it — lighter energy, softer faces, a sense of being truly held and restored.

This is exactly why we do what we do.

If you’ve been craving that kind of pause… your next opportunity is this Sunday 10 May
Bisley, Surrey 💖

Nestled in a peaceful countryside yurt, surrounded by nature, this retreat is all about:
🌿 calming your nervous system
🔥 releasing built-up tension
💧 reconnecting with your body
🧘‍♀️ gentle movement + deep rest
💚 feeling supported, grounded, and held

📅 Sunday 10 May 2026
⏰ 10:30 – 17:30

Step out of the noise of everyday life and into nature for a day that’s all about slowing down, breathing deeper, and reconnecting with yourself 🌿

Aura Retreats invites you to a peaceful countryside escape in a beautiful yurt in Bisley, Surrey. Surrounded by open fields, fresh air and birdsong, this one-day retreat is designed for women who feel the need to pause, rest and reset.

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, tired, or simply in need of space to breathe, this day is your permission to step out of doing and into being.

During the retreat you’ll experience:
🧘‍♀️ somatic yin/yang yoga to gently release tension from the body
🧠 mindfulness and self-compassion practices guided by a psychotherapist
🔔 a deeply relaxing crystal singing bowl sound bath
🔥 a beautiful wood-fired sauna box and cold plunge ritual to awaken the body and calm the nervous system
🥗 a nourishing lunch and plenty of spacious free time to rest, walk, journal or simply be

One of the highlights of the day will be our sauna and cold plunge experience set in the peaceful countryside. Moving gently between heat and cold can boost circulation, release stored tension and leave you feeling clear, energised and deeply relaxed. It’s a powerful yet grounding ritual that many people find transformative.

We’ll close the day gathered around the fireplace for a warm and cosy reflection circle, leaving you feeling grounded, calm and supported.

Working with the nervous system in psychotherapy changes everything 🌿

So often, we try to “think” our way out of distress — but healing doesn’t start in the mind alone. It begins in the body. When we gently support the nervous system to move out of survival states (fight, flight, freeze), space opens for regulation, connection, and real change.

In sessions, this might look like slowing things down, noticing sensations, building safety, and allowing the body to complete what it once had to hold back. It’s subtle work, but deeply transformative.

You don’t have to force healing — your system already knows the way. Sometimes it just needs the right conditions to unfold 💫

If you’d like to explore this more deeply, We’ll be holding a retreat this September in Málaga ☀️ A space to reconnect, restore, and regulate together.

DM us for details or to reserve your place 🌊
