Thanks so much for a unique and uplifting evening at @serasera.socialclub rebels!

We had so much fun connecting you with the bags of your dreams (and the perfect gifts for your loved ones!). Some of our favorite rebels stopped by for an unforgettable evening under the stars.

"Appreciation is the secret to life. Become a person who appreciates and you will thrive.” @abrahamhickspublications

Today, and everyday I am overwhelmed by the appreciation I feel for you, my rebels, that I am able to spread joy, follow my purpose and be surrounded by women who lift me up. 🙏🏼❤️

You attract what you are not what you want… Everything is energy vibrating at different frequencies. Qi is energy. When we ground our energy, we get to shift our emotions and thoughts into more peaceful, lighter and happier ones.

The more you rise your energy, you’ll start experiencing more self-compassion, self-acceptance and self-love…

Loving yourself is not the same as being self-centered, is about respecting and honoring the beautiful being you are… you are an energetic vessel manifested in human form which requires not only physical activities to care after your body, but also mental & spiritual ones

Self-love & self-care are two key aspects in our #MindfulBeauty Coaching that we get to cultivate on our daily practice… #selfcareisnotselfish #selfcareisselflove because when we FEEL our best, our energy rises, and overflows with positivity 👉🏻 and this is how we get to love & give our best version to the people who matters the most in our lives from a full cup

The more you love yourself - the more capable you are to be fully present for others

The more you work on becoming the best version of yourself, the more aligned your energy becomes and this is how you attract all that you desire, not because you WANT them but because of WHO YOU ARE… A high vibrational being who’s Qi (Chi) is👇🏻
Mindful and beautifully aligned in her YIN power and worth 🙌🏻✨

PS: since I cultivated my #mindfulbeautypractice , my life has become my mirror that shows me whether or not my energy is balanced.

The beautiful synchronicities in my life happens when I’m actively PRESENT, GROUNDED in my Self-care…. And this is what I want the most for each one of you! 😘

👉🏻 You deserve it
👉🏻 You are worth it

What a beautiful high-vibe energy was felt at @thebridge.hamptons show yesterday ✨

What are some of your #selfcaregoals you’d like to manifest by the end of the year? 👇🏻

You can CHOOSE YOUR MINDSET😉

Your brain and your beliefs primarily create your mindset. Research shows that your mindset plays a significant role in determining your life's outcomes. It’s important to know that you have the power and the choice to change and shift your mindset at anytime.

Without realizing it, your mindset can hinder you from doing things and missing opportunities, leading to a more limited lifestyle.

“For me this video represents a growth mindset. Learning new things, trying new things, meeting new people and not being afraid to fail! I personally never thought I would have ever drove to East Hampton by myself, try a sport I’ve never done before, with people I didn’t know. The idea of this could fill me with anxious thoughts, that would create fear and I would not let myself do it. Things that might seem normal to some, felt impossible to me. But with the help of CBD, meditation, being aware of what I consume mentally and physically and knowing that I have the power to choose, gives me the freedom to move through the fear. Remember it’s not always easy and it’s never to late” @reneshapiroo 💛

We created MINSET WELLNESS for you to have as a tool in your tool belt. Using full spectrum CBD and TERPENE technology we created formulas to give you the ability to choose how you want to feel and create a MINDSET for a happier and healthier lifestyle 🌈😉
