Morning Sound Healing at The FARM with Taco. 🐐🎶✨

Apparently the sound bath was VERY relaxing… because right in the middle of it, Taco peed. 😂

I thought I was giving him a sound bath — turns out he was giving me one. 💦🤣

Just another morning at The FARM. 🌱🐐💚

Turns out, some of the best Sound Healing @farmsanctuary doesn’t require singing bowls. 🐈✨

Meet Boris… although I could have sworn they told me his name was Forest, so naturally, I now call him Forest. 🙃😂

And Forest gives a VERY good Sound Bath.

A cat’s purr produces low-frequency vibrations, often measured in the 25–150 Hz range — frequencies that overlap with those being studied for their potential effects on bone, tissue and healing.

While science hasn’t proven that cuddling a purring cat is literally a medical treatment, research into low-frequency vibration is fascinating — and anyone who has ever had a happy, purring cat curled up against them knows how deeply calming that little vibration can feel.

Maybe cats figured out Sound Healing long before we did. 🐈‍⬛🎶✨

Just another day at The FARM… surrounded by animals, healing frequencies and a little unexpected magic. 💚

Early mornings at Farm Sanctuary. 🌿🐐🐄

Making snacks for the animals, spending a little quiet time together… and, of course, bringing some sound healing along. ✨🎶

There’s something pretty magical about starting the day surrounded by animals who are safe, cared for and simply allowed to be themselves. 🤍

Every time I volunteer here, I leave with more than I came with.

If you’ve never visited or volunteered at Farm Sanctuary, put it on your list. 🌱

Follow along for more animals, healing, vegan living & a little unexpected magic. ✨

Apparently my sound bath had some very discerning guests today. 🫏🎶🤍

One of my favorite parts of volunteering at Farm Sanctuary is spending quiet time with the animals — today that meant a little sound healing with the donkeys.

Donkeys are incredibly intelligent, sensitive and social animals. And one thing I loved about this moment: they had a choice. They weren’t restrained, and they could have simply walked away if they weren’t comfortable. Instead, they stayed nearby, listened, relaxed and seemed genuinely curious about the sounds. I’ll let them give the official review. 🫏✨

But there’s a much bigger reason I’m here.

Farm Sanctuary has been rescuing farm animals and changing the way people see and understand them for 40 years. These animals aren’t commodities here — they’re individuals, each with their own personality, relationships and story.

And you can be part of it. ❤️
Head to Farm Sanctuary’s website to see what’s coming up and how you can get involved.

Come for the animals. You may leave seeing them — and the world — a little differently. 🌱
