I picked up @katiearnold ‘s book on a whim @happenstancebooksyarns in Lakefield. I highly recommend it to anyone who is curious about zen, meditation and the connection to endurance. It’s a definite “read again”.

May 🌸 A year long month that flashed by in the blink of an eye. Full of food, flowers, growth and adventure

• Hosted race 1️⃣ of the @panhandlegravel, 3/4 Minus Cykeltur
• Brought @nomanslandfilmfestival to Sandpoint w/ my gal Lauren
• Went on my first multiday & multisport bikepacking adventure near Bend, OR (INCREDIBLE!)
• Reconed race 2️⃣ of our gravel series, the Monarch Grind
• Went to Disneyland with the fam for Livys birthday
• Mapped out our new cyclocross course!!
• Devoured @katiearnold book: Brief Flashings in the Phenomenal World ✨
• Biked my little tushy off with family & friends
• Smelled many flowers & attended all the spring BBQ’s I possibly could

I’m so proud of all of us.

Our Essencia retreat was an incredible opportunity to practice courage, open the shell, move like water, and dance with the wind.

It takes so much courage to fly yourself across the world and dive into the deep waters of the feminine.

How lucky are we! ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Thanks to each of you for trusting us with your sweet and generous selves, and for going all the way in to the water.

I’m still processing the profound gift of co-facilitating this beautiful retreat in the Algarve.

(April 6, 2026) In this fully illuminated view of the Moon, the near side (the hemisphere we see from Earth), is visible on the right. It is identifiable by the dark splotches that cover its surface. These are ancient lava flows from a time early in the Moon’s history when it was volcanically active. The large crater west of the lava flows is Orientale basin, a nearly 600-mile-wide crater that straddles the Moon’s near and far sides. Orientale’s left half is not visible from Earth, but in this image we have a full view of the crater. Everything to the left of the crater is the far side, the hemisphere we don’t get to see from Earth because the Moon rotates on its axis at the same rate that it orbits round us. - @nasa

Probably not the end of the Tuscany Content. But very much overdue. 🇮🇹

When you work in marketing, you often forgo your own channels to ensure the story is told on others.

But revisiting @butterfieldtravel’s first media trip in many years gave me all the feels. And a flood of memories!

When the group chat is still going strong four months after the trip, you know it was a good one.

We were delivered the best of the best in terms of itineraries: with @courtneyinflorence and @melaneu going above and beyond to ensure all the B&R magic was present at every single turn. And Tuscan local + biking powerhouse, @quaraquel, leading us the only way she knows how: with a calm, confident joy that is dripping with care and hospitality. And our very own Michaele, aka @butterfieldtravel CEO (@scarola.travel) ensuring the jokes, the champagne, the challenge to push yourself further was ever present.

Working in travel makes you feel very lucky to experience moments like this. And truthfully, a burning desire to share it with the world. A big thanks to the entire crew who made this Tuscan magic happen.

Thrilled to report that my @wineenthusiast feature on biking/hiking the Tuscan hills with @butterfieldtravel is finally live!

I had such fun documenting this incredible adventure (as well as my poor packing and end-of-trip spill)! I can’t recommend B&R more highly if you want the trip of a lifetime. I didn’t know luxury active travel like this existed. Now I know, I am ruined for life. 🤣
