this week marks three years since I registered my LLC in Texas 🤓 been feeling equal parts nostalgic/humble/grateful and increasingly excited for the future. I can't thank my clients enough for not only allowing me to pursue my passion, but becoming some of my best friends. Confession: We haven't had our photos professionally done in 4 years. 🙈 Not since our wedding exactly 4 years ago today, y'all! We left our session with @katiebethlamb last night and both agreed that we were sad we hadn't done photos yearly but were just so thankful we did them before Emerson turns 1. No matter the budget, no matter the fitness goals, no matter the season, capture these memories! I should've been the last person to have to learn this the hard way but it's amazing how being busy and not being the "perfect picture size" will keep you from things that matter.

Speaking of 4 years ago today...Happy Anniversary to that foxy man with the beard. We have seriously seen so much in these last 4 years. We brought the most beautiful life into the world last year and she couldn't have a better, more devoted dad in the world. Both of us have seemingly looked death in the eye and scared one another half to death so...there's that. #takethatbloodclot and #nomorebrainaneurysms
Here is to as many years as we are living and to the best father and husband I could have ever dreamed up. Thank you for pushing me toward my dreams and for supporting me always. And thank you always coming alongside me...even in our attempts to talk like Emmie in 11 month old head voice. ❤️ #emmersonrosehutto

The beautiful words that @ashleyl2204 from @smaephotography "For awhile now I have felt this huge pull between trying to work. While I need to work to help provide for my family I found myself wanting to just be in His word, shepherding & mentors others, sharing and giving them messages of hope.
While I love photography my heart fills up with an abundant amount of joy whenever I see and hear how God has shown up. "YEAHHH!! That was You.. You did it again God." Totally fist-bumping and being His cheerleader.
Words can't explain how much I love seeing Him at work. It was by no accident that I found The Inspired Story on Facebook. It was an answered prayer! A prayer of "Lord, let me be your vessel... Use me to show others your glory however that may look like. Guide me and I will follow." I'm still working on finding the right words to what all I gathered from the conference that would reflect how my soul feels. Life changing no doubt.
I'm so excited about His journey in where He's leading me, but patiently waiting and trying to remain obedient as this new journey will be His through me; not of myself." Thank you Ashley for allowing us to read these words and being vulnerable! GOD is working in all of us and we all could learn from Ashley’s words to be patient and obedient as he leads us in a journey of discovery!
