We’re delighted to finally share more about a beautiful project we had the pleasure of supporting.

For The Cycle of Love @thecycleoflovefilm , our cameras travelled hundreds of miles, across countries and through incredibly different landscapes and conditions — following this remarkable story every step of the way.

Directed by @orlandovoneinsiedel , with cinematography by Franklin Dow @franklindop , our own @juan_minotta joined the production as 1st AC, alongside @hollysmyth as 2nd AC, helping bring this beautiful story to life.

A @grainmedia and @kalabatipictures production, with @priyankachopra as Executive Producer, The Cycle of Love tells the extraordinary true story of P.K. Mahanandia @pkmahanandia and Lotta von Schedvin — a journey of love that crossed continents. Beautifully performed by two stars @chiragbenedictlobo and @minafdale , and a stunning editing masterpiece @katiebryer

We’re incredibly proud to have played a small part in bringing such a special story to the screen.

The Cycle of Love releases in UK cinemas this Friday, 18 September. 🎬❤️

Had the pleasure of watching @thecycleoflovefilm yesterday at the @angelikafilmny and the privilege of meeting the Academy Award-winning director @orlandovoneinsiedel

Dare I say it was a moment of challenging the saying "never meet your heroes"? I watched Orlando's film 'Evelyn' last year, where he documents his own family's grief of losing his brother to suicide. It was a film that changed me as a person and as a filmmaker. Since then, connecting with him one day was a distant but earnest dream. Little did I know that I'd get to meet him this way and communicate the impact he's had on me. Little did I know that I'd get to experience yet another masterpiece of his, with him in the same room!

The Cycle of Love left a feeling of nostalgia for simpler times, a reminder of what unadulterated kindness can do, and a deep yearning for love that transcends cultural and geographical barriers. I cannot say enough about the memorable and realistic performances by @chiragbenedictlobo and @minafdale as well as the whole concept of reenactment merged with testimony, seamless editing by @katiebryer and pristine color grading of the film. Meeting PK, Lotta and Chirag after the film was a pleasant surprise and underscored the power of documentary filmmaking by bringing us another step closer to real stories.

Kudos and thanks to @orlandovoneinsiedel and the whole team of @thecycleoflovefilm @grainmedia @kalabatipictures @priyankachopra @karlsid and everyone else who's co-created this heartwarming piece of art.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATCHING THIS FILM IN THESE TIMES!

My very first time in the US, and I got to go for the premiere of The Cycle of Love in New York!🩷 I feel incredibly proud that our independent film is making its way into select theatres around the world.

This true story follows PK, who rode a bike 6,000 miles to be with the woman he loved, and along the way he met people who showed such kindness.
Except for Chirag and I, who had the honour of portraying Lotta and PK, everyone in the film is a real person telling their real story. It’s a film about human kindness, love and the courage to realise your own destiny. That this labour of love is coming to your screen is such a joy!

Watching the film takes me back to travelling around beautiful India with some really great people. I’m so grateful for all of it, and for the wonderful team who brought us all the way to New York🫶🏼

The Cycle of Love in select US theatres from 28th August and globally from 18th September!! Grab your tickets here www.thecycleoflovefilm.com 🚲🩷

Feeling very grateful to have been able to work with such a talented team in Colombia over the past few weeks on a new project. It’s been a very challenging shoot involving mountains, jungles and cities, and creatures of all shapes and sizes. I’m honoured to have worked alongside so many masters of their craft. I can’t say too much about the film yet but as a non-Colombian it’s a true privilege to be entrusted to tell this story, and all of us involved feel a heavy responsibility to get it right. Thanks again to everyone for all the Herculean efforts and incredible work ✨

Coming to a cinema near you soon... What a treat to be able to say that for a documentary 📽️✨

Opening in theatres in the US from the 28th August, in the UK from the 18th September, and with more international dates being announced imminently.

We are so very grateful to all of our incredible friends and partners who have believed in our film and helped it see the light of day. And we are especially indebted to @pkmahanandia for his extraordinary act of bravery that touched and inspired all of us, and set us on the path to making this film in the first place. 🚴❤️
