The sweetest ending to an unforgettable wedding weekend.

After days filled with celebrations, laughter, and so many beautiful memories, Brigitte & James gathered with their family and friends one last time for a farewell brunch on Sunday morning.

Of course, we couldn’t let the weekend end without one more personal touch! A custom crêpe station was designed to recreate their favorite little crêpe stand in London… a sweet nod to another special chapter of their story.

There’s something so special about that final morning together. One last chance to share stories from the weekend, exchange hugs, and soak in a little more time with loved ones before everyone headed home to destinations across the East Coast and all the way to Ireland.

And just like that, the most incredible wedding weekend came to a close. So much love, so many thoughtful details, and memories we hope Brigitte & James and their guests will treasure forever.

A fun little fact about my beautiful bride Kara: our friend Afton’s daughter’s birthday edit is what brought us together. And I’ll never forget the first messages we exchanged. She chose me based on a princess-themed birthday video I had made, without ever having seen my other work. So we bonded through endless conversations, and she quickly became so near and dear to me.

That’s what led us here. In so many ways, Kara and I became close simply because I was a former bride with the same planner and a list of insider love for amazing vendors. Being one of her first vendors allowed me to cheer her on through all the decisions that followed, and it’s been such a gift to watch everything unfold.

And so, we arrive at wedding day: Saturday. It’s Kara, Jake, an incredible bridal party, their beloved Bear, and an impeccable design by Ashley, surrounded by a stacked vendor team.

A ceremony at Brophy Church. The perfect exit dip. A cocktail hour with oysters and a violinist.

I don’t think for a moment I felt like I was working. It felt like I was attending a friend’s celebration while simply having the privilege of recording it all.

It’s been such an incredible journey to watch it all unfold. Thank you for allowing me to play a small part in your forever.

And then came the after party…where every detail was completely Brigitte & James!

Decked out in navy and inspired by their favorite team, the Boston Red Sox, guests entered through our own take on Fenway Park… reimagined as Horkan Park for the night.

But beyond the baseball details, we wanted the space to tell their story. A Care Bear claw machine paid homage to the blue Care Bear James used when he proposed to Brigitte… a sweet nod to the fact that they both grew up with Care Bears they were inseparable from. And a blue London phone booth, topped with a disco ball, celebrated the chapter of their story spent living together in London.

From Boston to London to a little blue Care Bear, we took the pieces of their story and turned them into an after party that could only belong to Brigitte & James.

Because the best celebrations aren’t just beautiful… they’re personal.
