Warning: These Witch Doctors may cause improved moods, unexpected laughter, and a healthier spine. 😉🎃

Halloween has always been one of Dr. Katie’s favorite times of the year, and dressing up as our team of “Witch Doctors” has become one of our favorite traditions. We love creating a place where wellness and fun go hand in hand.

Here’s to 20 years of caring for our community—with a little Halloween magic mixed in! 🧙‍♀️✨

✨ 20 Years of Caring for Western North Carolina ✨

The celebration begins…

In July 2006, Dr. Katie Wilson opened the doors to Wilson Family Chiropractic in our very first location, tucked behind Zaxby’s in Sylva. What started as one doctor’s dream to serve families through chiropractic care has grown into a thriving practice dedicated to helping our community live healthier lives.

In 2012, we moved into our current location, where we’ve continued to welcome generations of patients through our doors.

Throughout this week, we’ll be sharing photos and memories from the past 20 years, celebrating the people, milestones, and moments that have shaped Wilson Family Chiropractic into what it is today.

To our incredible patients—thank you for trusting us with your health, your families, and your lives. You are the reason we’ve been able to do what we love for two decades.

And because every celebration should include good food… stop by the office this week and help us celebrate with some delicious treats! We’d love to celebrate this milestone with you.

Here’s to 20 years of health, hope, and community—and to many more still to come! ❤️🎉

For 20 years, Wilson Family Chiropractic has been about so much more than adjustments. It’s been about celebrating life together.

From Halloween costumes that made us laugh until our sides hurt 🎃 to birthday celebrations that reminded each of us how valued we are 🎂, Dr. Katie has always believed that caring for people means celebrating them, too.

These moments of fun, lightheartedness, laughter, and friendship have become part of the heartbeat of our practice. They remind us that a healthy workplace is one where people feel seen, appreciated, and loved.

Here’s to 20 years of smiles, silly costumes, birthday candles, unforgettable memories, and a team that truly feels like family. ❤️

Thank you for being part of our story. We can’t wait to make many more memories together!

20 Years of More Than Chiropractic 💙

For the past 20 years, Wilson Family Chiropractic has been about so much more than caring for patients—it’s been about building a community.

From birthday celebrations and holiday parties to school events, graduations, continuing education, staff meetings, volunteer projects, and countless moments of laughter, we’ve shared life together.

We’ve celebrated milestones, welcomed new team members, cheered each other through life’s seasons, and created friendships that extend far beyond the walls of our office.

These memories remind us that the best workplaces become family—and that serving our community starts with caring for one another.

To every team member, past and present, thank you for helping shape the story of Wilson Family Chiropractic. Here’s to 20 years of caring, celebrating, growing, and making memories together… and to many more still to come.

20 Years of Life, Love & Laughter ❤️

As we celebrate 20 years of serving Western North Carolina, we’re reflecting on the incredible people who have made Wilson Family Chiropractic what it is today.

What began in 2006 with just Dr. Katie and her husband has grown into a family of eight dedicated team members, each committed to serving our community with compassion and excellence.

Over the years, we’ve been blessed by many amazing staff members. Some were with us for just a season, while others have shared many years of this journey. Every person has left a lasting mark on our practice, and we are deeply grateful for the role they’ve played in our story.

These photos capture more than a team—they capture friendships, milestones, celebrations, hard work, laughter, and countless memories made together.

Here’s to 20 years of caring for our community, growing together, and building a workplace that truly feels like family.

Thank you to every employee, past and present, and to every patient who has trusted us along the way. We couldn’t have done it without you.

For 20 years, we’ve been honored to care for the families of Western North Carolina. But our connection doesn’t end when the office closes.

You’ll find us cheering at local events, supporting fundraisers, enjoying live music, dining at local restaurants, exploring our beautiful mountains, and making memories with our own families.

Because we believe strong communities are built by people who show up for one another.

The family that plays together stays together. ❤️

Thank you for letting Wilson Family Chiropractic be part of your lives for the past 20 years. Here’s to many more!

For 20 years, Dr. Katie Wilson has had the privilege of gently caring for babies and growing families throughout Western North Carolina.

Many parents choose chiropractic care for their infants to help support healthy development, encourage proper movement, and promote overall nervous system function. Gentle chiropractic adjustments are specifically adapted for an infant’s tiny body, using light pressure comparable to checking the ripeness of a peach.

From newborns to toddlers, every adjustment is delivered with patience, compassion, and a deep respect for each child’s unique journey.

Thank you to the thousands of families who have trusted Dr. Katie with their children’s care over the past two decades. Here’s to many more years of serving our mountain community!

At Wilson Family Chiropractic, we work hard and have fun!

Today’s team question: “What year did you graduate high school… and what’s Jenny’s number?”

Let’s just say (almost) everyone passed the pop quiz on 867-5309. 😉

Keeping our days joyful, connected, and full of good energy — just how we like it!
