Okay fine - it’s sunshine and rainbows… and hail and snow.

But isn’t that the reason we all moved here in the first place?

4121 Yates is the house you dream of when you think of moving to Colorado - riding your bike to the foothills, walking to some of the city’s best restaurants and, the best part, cutting a huge chunk off your commute to the mountains.

At nearly 3,500 sq ft, there is plenty of room for all the gear, guests, fur babies and future plans.

Come swing by our Open House tomorrow from 6-8pm during Tennyson First Friday or dm for more details.

4121 Yates is live tomorrow!

There is nothing like it on the market right now - single family, 3,400 square feet, big yard, 2+ garage, 4 bed, 4 bath plus multiple work spaces and a second basement living room and bar.

And let’s talk about location… steps from Tennyson and minutes to the mountains, this house is the one you dream of when you move to Denver.

dm for a showing or swing by our open house during First Friday from 6-8pm ✨

We’re going live Thursday…
And hosting some live music on Friday!

Completed in 2021, this home has had only one (meticulous) owner but it’s ready for its next one.

Modern single family home, with a great yard and only steps from Tennyson. There’s not much more you can ask for.

dm for a showing or see you at the First Friday Open House (6-8pm) at 4121 Yates.

When you dream of living in Colorado, this is definitely the place that comes to mind.

And now, for my lucky buyers, that dream is their reality.

Originally, these two were planning to pack up and head out to Park City. They were over the hustle and bustle of the city and wanted easier access to the mountains and a little slower, but more active, lifestyle.

“Why don’t we check out Evergreen before you make that decision?” I suggested.

One weekend of exploring Evergreen Lake, the picturesque neighborhoods, and the incredible trail system was all the convincing it took. And the next week, we were off touring houses.

Evergreen is a unique market - competitive, nuanced, and not for the faint of heart. But after a patient search, we knew exactly what to do when the right one hit.

We moved fast, stayed strategic, and made a clean, compelling offer. And just like that, we beat out multiple offers, landed it under asking, and even secured a seller concession.

Now they’re waking up to mountain air, quiet mornings, and trails right out their door. The lifestyle they were chasing, just a little bit closer than they expected.

LIFE LATELY … 👇🏻

In my contemplation of the meaning of life, I stumbled across the song “Burgs” by Mt. Wolf. There’s a verse that stopped me in my tracks:

“The chance to be part of this happens briefly. The invitation is not to show how inventive and imaginative you are — but how much you can notice what you’re already part of. And appreciate it and share it. And care about those around you, while you are looking out for your own. That’s it. And then you’ll get to the end of it, having had an awesome time.”

I kind of think he nailed it.👌

So much of my life has been spent chasing things outside of myself to satisfy unconscious, unmet needs within — a man to choose me, a career milestone to make me feel enough, a legacy to justify my existence.

🚪Ian’s death was the dooray….

Sending into a portal of grief, turning my pain into purpose — and exposing my deepest wound of unworthiness. That’s when I realized meaning and fulfillment aren’t found in book deals or large social media followings. It’s in something much simpler…

Realizing what a gift it is to just BE HERE.
Remembering who the f*ck you are.
Then serving from a place of love, purpose, and presence.

👉 Here’s the thing — social media doesn’t always lend itself to that. Neither do our careers.

So I’ve been less on camera, and more in life.
Not talking about YOLO but actually living it.
Doing the behind-the-scenes work of noticing what I’m already a part of, rather than racing past it.

My purpose is to wake people up to the beauty of life — to live awake, aligned, and fully alive. And I can only do that from a fully embodied place, not a conceptual one.

So here’s a glimpse of life lately:

Slowing down
Accessing peace and presence
Noticing what I’m already a part of
And from a state of abundance and overflow — sharing it with you.💖

Sending love & light on this beautiful Monday,

Emily

Tell me, what are you already a part of that you haven’t stopped to notice lately? 👇🏻

Oh, the Goldilocks client.

Some houses are too old (all charm, all projects).
Some are too new (easy… but boring).

Midcentury homes sit right in the middle - good bones, great light, thoughtful layouts, and just enough character to feel personal without feeling overwhelming.

Many of these neighborhoods also hit that rare sweet spot: approachable price point, strong schools, real community, and all the perks of an urban suburb.

As a realtor, designer and mom, I’m here to help you find just the right fit. Just say the word and let’s start the hunt.

If you’ve ever said: “I don’t know what this is called, but I love it” - this one’s for you.

I don’t believe buyers should feel clueless walking through beautiful homes. So I’m breaking down the actual names of the architectural and design details in our newest listing. Because language = power (and leverage).

This is the start of your house-hunting dictionary.
Save it. Study it. Casually drop it at your next showing.

New Year. New Home Owners.

We slipped in a purchase and a sale for these homeowners before the holidays hit - just in time for their New Years house warming party.

When they found “the one”, there were 15 tours already scheduled but we were able to get it under contract before they even stepped in the door.

Real estate is funny, it’s a game of both patience and speed. So often it takes time to find the right one but when you do, it happens in a flash.

Grateful for the trust, the timing, and the teamwork it takes to make moments like this happen.

Turned my home into a 90’s Christmas card - thrifted everything, rearranged my home, and styled from scratch. This was so much fun for me and scratched my creative itch, can’t wait to see how the rest turn out 🎅🎄
