Perfect boho picnic to celebrate our sweet friend’s birthday 🤍 She gives so much love to her people and deserved to feel completely spoiled tonight. Dreaming this up and then watching it all come to life felt so magical.
We accidentally stayed by the creek making bracelets, eating charcuterie, and chatting by candlelight until 10:30pm ✨ Truly one of those dreamy little nights I never wanted to end.
I think candlelit charcuterie might need to become a regular part of life for whimsy’s sake 🕯️🍓 Happy Birthday Court! 🫶🏼 @sograteful

@knoxgirlswhoflyfish had plenty of fish to hand today in the Smokies!

Some were firsts (congrats Hannah @_hannah_s_g_ 👏) and others added to the tally — but everyone had a blast wading, learning, and soaking up this gorgeous fall day together. 🍂

There’s nothing better than a group of women showing up for each other, casting lines, and sharing laughs in nature. Big thanks to Allison @alitn for hosting the post-fishing BBQ at your beautiful cabin, and props to Rachel @rachnich_ for the ultimate camp setup! 🏕️🔥

Here’s to more rivers, more memories, and more women finding joy on the water. 💪💦

42 started off just right! Thanks for all the sweet birthday wishes 💛

We spent the day working in our permaculture garden spreading wood chips, caring for our medicinal and fruiting plants, and of course, being supervised by a neighborhood stray who’s basically adopted us now 🐾

I made raspberry sorbet to celebrate, and my bestie totally nailed it with a gorgeous chocolate cake, because she knows I wouldn’t buy one (hello, mystery ingredients 👀) and I’m not much of a baker!

Feeling grateful, grounded, and ready for this next trip around the sun 🌞

Sometimes healing requires us to go deep within for a time.

But at some point in the journey it becomes ✨vital✨ to surround yourself with community!

Someone wise said, “Women need women in their lives who think they are a big deal.”

A few tips for building the best kind of community:

✨ASK for it! Do you know someone who seems to have the best tribe around them? Don’t be afraid to ask them to introduce you to some of their people!

✨INITIATE it! Plan a hike or a brunch or a game night. Set up the place and time. Tell anyone and everyone. Tell them to invite their friends.

✨Get out of your COMFORT ZONE! You can’t sit back and expect things to just happen. Show up to community group events solo and make friends! Get involved. Don’t lurk on the sidelines. It might feel uncomfortable at first, but “Life begins outside your comfort zone”, right?!

I practice what I preach here and it has paid off in BIG ways!

I spent the afternoon with a dozen women, only 2 of whom I know well, and a few I had met briefly once before.

There were some awkward moments, sure, and I didn’t connect with everyone. But at the end of the day, I walked away with some deepened and some new connections and my heart feels fuller!

If you’re looking for a supportive community, I’m happy to share mine! Comment “TRIBE” if you’re ready to make some valuable connections. 🤍

Happy Spring Equinox!! 🌸💐🌺

With the Spring Equinox we celebrate the return of the sun, of warmth, and of light. This celebration of rebirth is a wonderful time to celebrate your rebirth of your own or to set a new intention.

This is the beginning of a new astrological year as the sun is exactly between the winter and summer solstice. Today we have the perfect balance between day and night.

I am so grateful for all the beautiful women who joined me Saturday night for our rebirth ceremony. It was such good medicine for my heart to be surrounded by liked minded women who are ready to embrace the change in their lives, just as the changing seasons.

I hope you will be able to join me at my next event! I will keep you all posted! Aho. #springequinox #firstdayofspring #aho #ceremony #sun

I couldn’t fit the whole video in my first reel but believe both clips have their own powerful messages.

When I saw @freely_alexis post this, it brought me to tears and I KNEW more people needed to do this...

Starting with me.

And now you.

Go watch part one and use the audio to make your own version of this reel.

Make sure you tag me and nominate 5 other women!

I see you, you are beautiful exactly as you are,

Who’s ready for another gym challenge?

This time it’s going to be different.

Men and Women are separate for this one.

This is not another weight loss contest though it will help if you lose body fat.

This is about improving fitness, health, strength, mobility, habits, nutrition, mindset, and being accountable for it all.

I’m only taking people that are 100% committed to getting the health they want.

There’s only one more stipulation: you have to be a Chase Movement gym member (past or present)

Who’s in?

MOVEMENT WITH PURPOSE
