Right now I’m grieving the loss of a true legend (no shade to dolly). @cayleighalston how are we supposed to go through this life without your glowing presence. I keep thinking you will call me and say “just kidding, did you miss me?”. The only explanation is that your spirit, dreams and to-do list could no longer be contained in a mortal body. You loved so fiercely that it wore your body down to its forever resting place. You got me through some of my hardest times, loved me unconditionally and talked me down off ledges I never thought I would be on. You checked in on me before you ever knew something was wrong and listened to my rants without judgement. The sound of your laugh will forever play in my heart, and probably make me cry. I hate that this world could not contain your spirit and light. I’m happy for you to finally be reunited with your Jax and devastated for us and especially your sweet babes. I know you’re watching from above so please don’t curse me for posting these pictures of you, they’re the only thing that make me smile right now and I hope they bring a smile to everyone that loves you.

I can’t think about it too much or I’ll be a puddle 🥹

I am so darn proud of this man! He has crush obstacles that we could never foresee and rolled with all of life’s punches over the past two years. Today was bitter sweet to see his last lacrosse game (hopefully not forever). This team has carried him in so many ways and I’ll be forever grateful.

I guess it’s time for a reset. Since I have more free time on my hands with the boys being gone (and not having to make sure they eat too) I decided to give my digestive system a break with a juice cleanse. I’m pretty proud of myself for prepping the juices myself but with the time and energy it took, I’m not sure it was worth the money I saved 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ by @katygaga3

We got a surprise delivery from Amazon, not sure who sent this but it was divine timing! The boys and I have been going through some of the toughest times we’ve ever been through. I’ve been leading for relief and guidance and how to maneuver through this and help them see truth, and the part they play. We started reading this together and they are having their own “ah ha” moments and I am so relieved. Thank you to the secret gifter for following your intuition. by @katygaga3

All is right in the world again. My baby girl is home and no need to monitor her through the night, I am so relieved I’ll get some sleep tonight. Just some medication and couple time tonight, labs tomorrow and she should make a full recovery. Ahsoka is almost back to her normal self, maybe a little more sleepy and clingy (which I didn’t think was possible).

As I was cleaning up last nights chaos I kinda laughed at myself thinking, “tell me you’re a midwife…”. Around 4am her dextrose fluids ran out and I had to get creative and came across some Glucola (used to test Gestational Diabetes), it worked like a charm.

Worst night of my life! Last night Ahsoka got into a bag of mints, I had no idea Xylitol was toxic to dogs (not that I would have allowed her to eat them either way). She started stammering around the house then had a seizure which is the hardest thing our family has witnessed. We rushed her to the ER. Xylitol causes low blood sugar and liver failure. I couldn’t afford the overnight care that was recommended and the vet trusted my midwifery skills enough to let me monitor her blood sugar and IV fluids at home. I’m incredibly grateful I was able to do that, and also that was the worst experience. I am no stranger to being up all night but the mental and emotional load I had to carry while offering medical care was a heavy burden. Her blood sugar dropped multiple times and she did not cooperate when I wanted her to eat! This has never been an issue for her. I’m happy to report she is stable now and back at the hospital for more monitoring. I am very hopeful she can come home tonight without the need for overnight monitoring, I do not want to do that again! Thank you for the prayers and messages. by @katygaga3

Please send prayers and light for this little pup. She had a seizure and is now in the hospital. We really can’t handle losing her, especially when we are already all so down 🙏🏼 by @katygaga3
