What a blast with these cool cats at Saturdays Corporate Paddle😎 most only picked up a paddle for the first time last week, part of the fun was bonding over a couple of training sessions to give everyone a feel of paddling and keeping in time. Our Kokilates (koka/kitesup/pilatesCI) team killed it on the day smashing thru the 250m heats to make it to the final and taking 3rd spot woohoo🥉plus taking out best dressed crew😎💃 so great to see so many non paddlers in all the teams all having a blast and enjoying a fantastic day in the sun☀️🏝️#kokilates #corporatepaddle #paddle #v12 #teamwork #teambonding #funinthesun meitaki @tfeladsnol_21 for the awesome 📹

With an extensive instructing background, she's got your technique tips covered and won't skimp on core. Hopefully we'll be getting more Kaya classes in future so keep coming along! 🙌🙌
