The first Goddess Vibrations workshop was a success! ✨️

I'm so grateful for every woman who came and is a part of this community. Watching them take their seats, I really had to pause and say out loud, “Wait… I'm just taking this all in,” 🥹 because sometimes we move so fast we don't even realize what we've created or what we're really experiencing in the moment.

Over the weekend, I was reflecting a lot on how I almost stayed stuck in my head, caught in the planning phase, trying to make sure everything was perfect instead of actually feeling into it.

But I'm SO glad I trusted the vision. I'm glad I leaned into my strengths and asked for support.

Thank you, Ki'Era @kayb_chi and Jaleesa @mettalifecare , for facilitating this space. Your wisdom, your presence, and your leadership made this experience even more powerful. 🙌🏽

Thank you to everyone who showed up.
The next one is already on its way. 💫

On this GOODT Sunday I attended @goddessvibrationss workshop w/ facilitators @thebellaami @kayb_chi @mettalifecare who taught me how to actually listen to what I’m feeling- and respond w/ tools that bring me back to safety.

Healing doesn’t have to be heavy. It can be real, funny & rooted♥️ WHAT’S SOMETHING YOUR BODY’S BEEN TRYING TO TELL YOU LATELY? I’M LISTENING ✨😌 #nervoussystemregulation #somatichealing #softlife #blackwomenwhoplanandcreate #blackhealthlifestyle #herbalist

CHICAGO! Our first Goddess Vibrations experience is here!!

This isn’t just a workshop.

It’s a carefully curated space for women who’ve done the work and want to feel seen, safe, and connected.

No dull pens or folding chairs here.
Just intention in every detail
and real facilitators who give a damn. ☝🏽

This isn’t a pop-up.
It’s a portal.✨️
And this is just the beginning.

Thank you to these ladies for trusting the vision. 🤝🏽✨️ Excited to do this work with you.

Aht aht. Now I know you didn’t think promo for this joint was over. Nah babes, @sidnigang has put too much of her badussy into this event to have y’all thinking it was just gone come and go. You should know it’s giving art show. But also runway show. And also live performances by me. And also narrated storytelling. And then a little liquor just for funnn. It’s more than likely unlike anything you’ve ever seen before and is quite literally the coolest thing I’ve ever been a part of. So run (don’t walk) to sydtaylor.us for ticketsss. I promise not one singular aspect of this will disappoint.
