Private dining, personalised menus, cocktails flowing and a three-course feast… now THIS is how you end a retreat. 🥂✨

For our final evening, we held our very own Evening Soirée at one of my favourite Manchester spots @zoukteabar and honestly, if you’re planning a special occasion in Manchester, THIS is one to save. 🥹💕

We had our own private dining area, personalised menus, cocktails and bubbles, followed by the most incredible three-course South Asian feast. The food was genuinely INSANE - I’m still thinking about it now. 😭🤌🏼

Every detail made the evening feel special, from our personalised touches and gorgeous cake to the beautiful décor by @bss_events 🎀

This is exactly why I go back to Zouk time and time again. The food, cocktails, atmosphere and service are always incredible, there’s something for everyone AND it’s such a gorgeous setting for celebrations and content. 📸🥂

The girls got glammed, dressed up, ate, drank, laughed and captured the cutest pictures before heading out into Manchester. It was the perfect finale to our retreat. 💘

So if you’re planning a birthday, girls’ night, private dinner or special celebration in Manchester, definitely add @zoukteabar to your list. The whole evening was incredible from start to finish and all of us girls are STILL talking about that food. 🥹✨

Girlies, we might not be 10 anymore… but can we PLEASE bring sleepovers back?! 🎀🍿

There’s just something about getting all the girls under one roof, putting the PJs on, snacks everywhere, a movie playing and spending the night chatting about absolutely everything. Girlhood really doesn’t have an age limit. 🥹💕

During our Luxury Mansion Retreat, our cinema room was the perfect place to switch off after a full day of creating and have a proper girls’ night. We had four different @proper goodies to share around, and safe to say they went down VERY well with the girls. 🍿✨

Because what’s a movie night without popcorn, right? And PROPER just made our cosy girls’ night even better. 🎀

So girl groups, consider this your sign. Get the PJs on, grab the popcorn, put a movie on and bring sleepovers BACK. Send this straight to the group chat. 💘🍿

Imagine starting your girls’ retreat with two hours of sound healing, Reiki, cacao, manifestation & pure connection… ✨

Our gorgeous Tricia from @the_lodge_wellness_centre gave us a night we’ll genuinely never forget. From ceremonial cacao, Reiki and healing to angel cards, journaling, manifestation, breathwork and the most incredible immersive sound bath, every part of the evening was designed to help us slow down, open up and connect. 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

There were tears, lots of hugs, laughter and some incredibly honest conversations. Most of the girls were only just getting to know one another, but within those two hours we learnt so much about each other. Walls came down, friendships started forming and we created such a safe space for one another from the very first night. 🥹💕

Tricia even arrived with roses and crystal bracelets for the girls. By the end of the evening, she had officially become our retreat mum and honestly, we LOVE this woman. 🌹💕

Hand on my heart, if you’re planning a retreat, event or looking for a beautiful wellness experience for yourself, I couldn’t recommend Tricia enough. She didn’t just deliver a wellness session - she helped set the energy for our entire retreat and became such a special part of the experience. ✨

This is what CBCK retreats are all about - bringing women together, creating experiences that go deeper than content, and giving girls the space to connect, grow and step into the highest versions of themselves. 💕

POV: you turn through the gates onto a private road in Alderley Edge, Cheshire… and realise CBCK has seriously raised the bar. 👀

Multi-million-pound mansions for neighbours, footballer and celebrity territory, and our own luxury mansion waiting at the end of the road for the girls. Real Housewives of Cheshire energy doesn’t even cover it. 🏡✨

Honestly, can it even get better than this? Three days of the girls living the Cheshire life… this one was something special. 🥂💕

Zouk is one of the top spots for Indian and Pakistani cuisine in Manchester City Centre.

Stunning interiors, attentive staff and of course delicious food🫶🏼

The girls and I couldn’t get over how good it was, 10/10🤭😚
