Don’t judge a book (or gym) by its (pump) cover 😉

Over the years, we’ve somehow earned the reputation that you have to be jacked or a pro bodybuilder to train at The Realm.

But the reality couldn’t be further from that.

Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or you’ve been training for years, whether you live and breathe fitness or just want to move your body, there’s a place for you here.

Because at the end of the day, The Realm is about more than just lifting weights. It’s about making friends, having fun, chasing your goals and being part of a community that feels like family

The Realm is home to lots of legends, but there is only one Ginny.

If you know Ginny, you know she is an absolute legend around here. Whether it’s 6am or 11pm, you can bet Ginny is somewhere in the gym putting in the work.

Today we’re celebrating her 80TH BIRTHDAY!!! 🎂

We asked our members to help us wish Ginny a happy birthday and ended up filling TWO massive cards with messages. If that doesn’t tell you how loved this woman is, we don’t know what will. 🥹

Ginny is living proof that age is just a number and that showing up for yourself never goes out of style. Her dedication, energy and attitude are something we can all learn from, and we feel pretty lucky to have her as part of our Realm family.

Happy 80th Birthday to the one and only Ginny. You are truly one of a kind and an inspiration to every single one of us ❤️

Good gym etiquette goes a long way, ignore it and you might catch a stray 🫣

Safe to say I was worried for no reason 😅 Our big guys might look scary, but I promise underneath they have big hearts and little tank tops 🤭

Wear what YOU feel confident in at the gym and hey, that confidence just might come from wearing Realm Lifting Club merch 🤝

Tank tops are now on sale & Drop 004 is on its way 👀

Happy shopping 🛒

If you’ve been eyeing up this machine but feel too intimidated to try it or ask how to use it, don’t worry. Kayla’s got you

The @glute.builder Pendulum Kickback Machine has quickly become one of our new favourites at The Realm Kelowna.

It might look intimidating, but it’s actually super easy to use. There are only two adjustments: the foot bar and the angle of the arm. The farther your foot is from your body, the greater the stretch through the glute.

There are no locking or rerack mechanisms. Once adjusted, place one knee on the pad and the bottom of your heel on the bar, keeping your hips about shoulder-width apart.

From there, kick straight back with a slight bend in your knee. Push your hips into the pad and squeeze through your glutes.

Follow this and your buns will be on fire!

Let us know which machine you want to see next!!
