This IS a brag, exactly 6 years apart in age and in graduations; I’ve watched two of my babies walk across @nccueagle stage as graduates.

Mother at 14, beat cancer, been through things many couldn’t face (self inflicted or not) but they are an illustration of what can come from dust.

I’m so very proud of these two as they pave the way for the ones to follow as still seek/receive guidance to my valedictorian (@yung_tay_a ) that came before.

I’m a proud MOTHER-if nothing else and the joy the title brings is always sparkled with moments like this.

If no one else believes in yall or roots for yall-just know who is/will.

You both are @nccualumni now and Kayla (Dime of @dstalphalambda) continue to SOAR beyond the yesterdays and yesteryears!
