Look at these amazing girls. I couldn’t be more proud of each and every one of them. Their time, effort, dedication and commitment to each other.

I absolutely loved catching these girls this year!

TOTAL GROUP WEIGHT LOSS - 133.6KG (12 girls results)

That’s an average of 11.13kg each member.

That’s a total of
1,078,800 calories burnt between the group. That’s a lot of stair-master steps 🤣🤣🤣

What a great way to kickstart a healthier lifestyle and example for their families, kids and their future 🥰🥰🥰

The Most important people of the day! The volunteers. I want to thank each and everyone of them from the bottom of my heart for helping me make this happen. What a day - what an experience for the kids that we delivered! Stand up and take a bow people!!! You deserve it!!!

Team T.B.K

Well week 5 has brought its challenges.. Busy season for all 3 of us with work, kids, extra responsibilities, kids sports, and everything else we juggle..
But why Im so proud of these ladies..
Is they just get it done..🙌

They know there's no excuses..
They keep themselves accountable to their original minimums.. and they just push..

Only 3 more weeks to go..
And it makes me sad..
Because we've come sooo far together..
And I just hope we can keep each other accountable even after the challenge..

Proud 👏 Of our team..

PUBLIC HOLIDAY WORKOUTS are always a fan favorite!

Here is our West chapter of FMFC coming together to train as one 🥰🥰🥰

Big s/o to @fmfc_east @fitcomm_fitmumz FMFC Hamilton as well. Great to see our wider family all coming together to train. Also a huge thank you to our MT SMART members for coming through. You are always welcome!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Today’s workout was a 48min EMOM with a wee sync finisher to round up to mornings events. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Well done to everyone for listening, for pushing hard and for jumping on bikes when I didn’t give that as an option 😳🤦🏽‍♂️

Ok Bye!!!!

Week 3 and our team has learnt 1 thing :
Do not leave ks owing till Sunday 🤣🤣

In total our team has clocked 125ks on strava
At the start of our Forge in 8
We decided on our minimums weekly and we have consistently kept to these every single week..

We have made it a priority to train together..

And we have been in daily comms keeping each other accountable and also supporting one another..

I really appreciate these beautiful ladies and the dedication they are giving to this challenge each and every day.. Cause IYKYK I take these challenges seriously.. and its soooo good to have a team who equally feels the same 💙❤️💖💜

Can't wait to see what the next 5 weeks brings for us..

All minimums met for another week 🙏
God is good..
