Her first stroller ride to today- saying good bye to our @uppababy - this was the first gift we got after sharing we were going to be parents. And as a NYC kid, and a kid whose parents bring her EVERYWHERE this stroller was everything. It’s gone everywhere with us, on every adventure, it’s held tears and laughter and so many messes. Its kept her entertained, warm, cool, cozy, comfy- it was always full of snacks. This stroller was so important to our lives. It gave us freedom and adventure- we called it the tank because it could handle anything. This stroller has been so well loved. A stroller is so much more than a stroller when you live here. No one warns you how bittersweet it is to let it go. We have a big kid now. The girl who we prayed would walk, would run, would dance now does that all over her city. Thank you to our stroller for carrying us on all our days for almost 5 years.

“Iris’s first hair cut 😭😭😭

We went to @sitstillkidsparkslope and had the most incredible experience. I always told Iris she wasn’t getting a haircut until it was longer than her butt 😂 BUT the tangles were getting out of hand. So we went to Sit Still and it was incredible. The owner came over to chat with us and TJ her stylist was the perfect match for us. She was fun, gentle and truly understood what we needed. Iris left there feeling so great! She looked in the mirror and said “wow I look different with my new hairstyle, a bit bigger” 🥹 this mama heart is happy. Thank you @sitstillkidsparkslope 🤍”
