Itchy skin? A promising 2026 preclinical animal study looked at the reduction of inflammatory signaling and improved proteins that support skin-barrier for atopic dermatitis (Eczema) from the oral administration of a Full-Spectrum CBDa and CBD dominant tincture. Study 🔗 in comments.
🌿
The science may be early, but something worth watching- your skin will thank you.
🌿
@healer.com_ is Physician-founded by Dr. Justin Sulak- a leading Maine Clinician who makes a tincture with CBDa+CBD, but can be hard to find in the Maryland marketplace (processed by @KindTherapeuticsusa ). You can source it directly from their website and use code REFYU5RJT9SEZ for $20 off $60+ orders. at healercbd.com

Local Maryland Sources I recommend:

Did you know the raw form of Chocolate (85% or darker with no sugar), known as Cacao, interacts with our Endocannabinoid System as a Neuromodulator. It is known as a
“heart opening” medicine from the rich amounts of Theobromine that acts as a vasodilator- thus its association with Valentines Day and heart heath.
Cacao also contains over 660 antioxidants in the raw fruit itself.
This is how Cacao makes you FEEL LOVE
If you haven’t tried Cacao- it’s amazing!
As my morning go to replacing coffee, a cup of cacao starts my day with love and gratitude.
🙏 🤎

Heard this today and sat with it in a really grounded way:
✨🌿✨
“In order to pick something up, you have to put something down.”
— Chris Williamson @chriswillx on @thediaryofaceopodcast
✨🌿✨
It made me think about how often we hold onto stress, habits, pressure, expectations… and how much clarity, peace, and joy live on the other side of letting go.
✨🌿✨
For many people, mindful cannabis use can help create space for exactly that — slowing down, softening the noise, breathing, and reconnecting with what actually matters.
✨🌿✨
So here’s the reflection I’m carrying forward:
What will you choose to put down so you can make room to pick up something better?
✨🌿✨

💡 A new 2025 study found that full-spectrum cannabis extract (FSC) helped protect gut integrity, reduce inflammation, and ease neurological damage in rats after a simulated stroke. 🧠

The cannabis extract reduced stress hormones, improved immune organ health, and soothed oxidative stress—in multiple organs. That’s the power of the entourage effect at work✨

This was a preclinical animal study looking to cannabis as a tool in neuroprotection and systemic healing.
