Deadlift: 280kg

@kbperformance__

An unbelieveably easy deadlift PB from Kev, showing us just how much more he has left in the tank. One thing is sure, more PBs will fall very soon and you will not want to miss it. 🔥🔥

Deadlift: 270kg

@kbperformance__

A monster of a deadlift double from Kev, pulling confidently past previous bests with ease. With this he has made it very clear that he has more to give and we cannot wait for him to show us.🔥🔥

🗣️ Hydramax Cans: 4 Flavours USA Cherry, Sour Apple, Pinapple Cocoonut, Berrylicious: £3 a can £25 a crate... thank ya'gnight muc love!

Although as a tourist on Friday we found the expo a little underwhelming but had a mega day with Ally never the less!

Working The can stand with my boys at @strom_sports_nutrition for the remainder of the weekend was phenomenal! Saw too many cool folk I know and love, served some epic people too!

"Coin flip me for a free can" "any freebies" "how many press ups" - Might try that at the Till in the Shell garage pal, price of fuel these days 💁🏻‍♂️

Very proud to be part of such an amazing team that I've done soo many events with now. Who knew it would be a great idea to have an internal window on a 🚽 in an Airbnb.

Witnessed a fun bit of "can I sit on your shoulders please it's my birthday soon" 😂

Until next Year Arnold! Buy your Hydramax cans online or in store folks ✌🏻

The XPO very much motivated me on the journey to @summershreddingchampionship 2027, can't wait to be fixed in a few weeks and ready to push the fucking fuck it button 🚀

Never Settle 🫶🏻

3 ways to make your conventional deadlift stronger in 2026 🇬🇧⚔️

The deadlift doesn’t care about excuses, trends, or ego.
It rewards consistency, precision, and respect for the basics.

If you want a bigger pull this year, stop chasing novelty and double down on what actually moves the bar. Here are three tips to help you get there! #ArmedForcesPowerlifting #UKPowerlifting #DeadliftTips #ConventionalDeadlift #MilitaryStrength #OperationalFitness #StrengthWithPurpose #TrainWithIntent @kbperformance__

Bench: 155kg

@kbperformance__

An incredibly comfortable 5kg PB by Kev at his most recent comp showing that he has so much more left to give. We are excited to see him push close to his true limit in the future. 🔥🔥
