W🏀P W🌍RLD 5 year anniversary in the books‼️

Mannn, I can’t believe it. 5 years running!! 5 years our brother has been gone and every year we have used that pain as power to continue to build something he would be proud of. Just looking back on where we all were 5 years ago to now, has left me in awe in itself. I thank God for bringing you into my life @southpaw_sniperr . But I also thank him for the village that’s been built from your legacy and the love that’s come from it. This was BY FAR the best year of competition even with the last minute teams dropping out. A tournament filled with collegiate/pro athletes, highlight plays, and lots of trash talk! Exactly how you would’ve loved it Jimmy. And my boy @pghost10 became the first ever Dr. Arnise Malcom MVP, really doing everything out there 🤝

To my brothers, HOME TEAM🩸We won’t talk about the struggles every year the last 4 tournaments, it built character. We’ll just focus on the fact that yall brought it back to the crib this year!! Yall have always been there, love and appreciate you 🤞🏿 This was for Wop and Nise straight up and down ❤️
(This chip will forever be the biggest no matter how far my actual coaching career goes 😭😂😂)

This year meant even more to me for many reasons. It being the 5th anniversary, being able to honor my sister @yeah_thatsarnise , to it being the first year my real brothers win it allowing me to bring the trophy home. The story wrote itself! She was such a pivotal part in my tournament every year and an even more pivotal piece in my life and grieving process. It’s a pleasure to honor you Nisey 🤞🏿❤️

Thank you as always to my volunteers, my boy @ryansworld35 on the cam, my dawgs @cooktheman & @grabthesash who hold me down EVERY year, vendors, refs, DJ, & EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTS IT NEVER GOES UNNOTICED❤️❤️ let’s see what the wop world legacy has in store. Will we continue a tournament style? Take it on tour to another city? Make it a High school classic/Pro AM single game? STAY TUNED 🍿🎥🎬

This Year’s Wop World Championship was nothing but a movie! Both teams came to battle & it went down to the wire! However, The HomeTeam came out on Top for the 2026 Wop World Championship 🥇.

Once again, @pghost10 was this year’s 2026 Wop World MVP. He received the Arnise Malcom Award & collected the $3,500 Cash prize!

New look for Year 5!

This year we partnered up with @artizleebrand to bring more to the table! All jerseys are Dri-fit, come with an “AL” Sponsorship patch & will have multiple different numbers to choose from.

Wop World Shirts from previous years will still be able for players or spectators who want it!

Plyometrics are just are important as lifting heavy. PLYO drills can you jump higher, build smaller muscles that are often forgotten about & even help with coordination. The little things matter!

Having Abs is more than just looking good, it can also help your performance as an athlete as well. Jump higher, boost your stability, better change of direction etc.. Let’s work !

6-10 sets is all you need, add a weight vest for more resistance. Let’s work!

Bag work!

Having a few go to moves to create space when needed will make the game 10x easier for anybody. These 3 moves all have the same foundation, but different versions to keep the Defense confused. #basketballtraining #fyp #explore #nba #ncaa

Let’s work its leg day‼️

Power + PLYO is the best way to tone those legs. Make sure you get the form down correctly before adding more weight
