🧘💫Calling all future yoga teachers, seekers, community lovers, movement nerds, and curious souls. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training starts August 15, and you’re invited!

This isn’t just a certification, it’s a full-on transformation. You’ll spend three months moving, laughing, studying, crying, meditating, workshopping, and building deep connections with a group of like-hearted humans who become your chosen fam. 🧘‍♀️🕊️ Yoga: Move with Intention
A 10-week course in mindful movement, meditation, and breath-led practice.

Led by Jenn Solomon, yoga therapist and longtime teacher training facilitator, this course is designed to help you return to the heart of yoga: movement that is conscious, breath that is steady, and presence that is felt.

We’ll begin with foundational shapes and breath awareness, gradually progressing into strength, alignment, and stillness. Each class includes meditation, gentle philosophy, and the kind of intentional sequencing that allows your practice to grow week by week.

This is not about performance or flexibility. It’s about listening inward. About developing clarity, steadiness, and the confidence to move with care. Both on the mat and beyond.

Held in our B Side studio at PC Yoga Collective: No heat. No levels. No rush.
Just breath, awareness, and practice.
