August brought the work.🥊💪🏽

Every single clip in this montage represents early mornings, extra reps, and zero excuses. 🔥Coaching only works when athletes show up ready to embrace the friction, and this month, our squad pushed the baseline higher than ever. 💥🔥

Thank you to everyone who trusted us with their progress this month. Your effort drives everything we do. 🙏🏽

Rest up tonight. September starts now.💥💪🏽🥊

Hands up, chin down… 💪🏽🥊

Pad work looks smooth in the highlights, but behind the scenes, it’s constant communication, sharp reactions, and me making sure the fighters stay alert. 🚨

Stay sharp. Keep your hands up. 🔥🥊

This past weekend tested me mentally and physically.

After already having one opponent withdraw from a tournament earlier this year, I was not about to let it happen again. When my opponent pulled out this time around, I asked to move up a weight class and do everything I could to make the new weight with only three days’ notice.

In the end, I weighed in under the category both days, but I still stepped into the ring. I won my first fight and lost my second. The size and power difference caught me off guard, my rhythm was not there, and my adjustments came too late.

At the end of the day, I am proud of myself.

I pushed myself outside my comfort zone and showed the skill and determination to go all three rounds. A loss never feels good, but I learned so much from the experience and came away even more motivated to improve.

Thank you to everyone who showed up this weekend and to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. 🫶🏼

@ilias2a , I am incredibly grateful for you as a coach. You challenge me, push me, and always have my best interests at heart. We know what works, and it shows.

And finally, @kcrz.fit . For the first time, you almost could not be there as my coach as you were my worried boyfriend. 🥺 We both know a setback will not keep me down, and I know you will always be in my corner.

I’ll be back stronger than ever... 🥊

Soon 😉

Find what drives you.🔥💥

We don’t just train for the physical results; we train because the grind is where we belong. 💪🏽🥊 When you build a career around your passion, the hard work becomes the reward.

Put in the rounds. Love the process.
Let’s get to work.
