Progress over perfection… but let me be honest, this last year tested me in ways I never expected.

I lost 25 lbs in 3 months January - March 2025. I felt unstoppable. Then came maintenance, discipline, doubt…the quiet moments where no one claps for you.

And when November hit, I made the scariest choice yet, to grow again and go on a bulk. To be uncomfortable. To not recognize myself for a little while.

Today I’m sitting at 130 lbs… still not “finished” still a work in progress but stronger than I’ve ever been, mentally and physically.

This journey isn’t just about weight. It’s about showing up when it’s hard. It’s about trusting yourself when progress feels invisible. It’s about choosing growth even when it scares you.

To anyone who’s messaged me saying I’ve motivated you… you have no idea how much that means to me 💕.

So this is your reminder, KEEP GOING. Even when it’s messy. Even when it’s slow. Even when no one sees it yet.

Because one day… you will.

And it will all make sense 🤍

How I went from THIS ➜ THIS:

1. Consistency
I showed up. Tired, busy, sore…didn’t matter!
I always left feeling stronger than I came.

2. Mentality
Prioritize!!! My workouts weren’t optional.
They were booked into my day like any other non-negotiable.

3. Fueling with intention
High protein, smarter choices, and actually eating enough.
Nutrition = results.

*Next phase = LOADING*

Let’s see how far this body can go — we’re only just getting started 😤🔥
