Sunday window lights got me 🥰🥰🥰. I never it was possible to feel such strong emotions from a plant. If you scroll back to previous posts, you’ll see how much this baby has grown from a single leaf to today have 4 total with a 5th on the way! My chest swells with pride when I think of how far she’s come since bringing her home just this past fall. Most plants slow down and go dormant in the winter but not her, she continues to just do her thing and grow 😊☺️☺️ I hope you all have a wonderful day.

Baby monstera albo grown from the most rooted chonk I’ve ever seen from @keaynigel 🍃 It’s already working on a new leaf after just fully unfurling the one on the left this past week! Peep it’s progress when you swipe ➡️ I’ve also recently noticed a lot of leaf on leaf growth (2 leaves growing at once) 🤨 Has anyone else noticed this?? More stories to come about the interesting leaf on leaf growth! #monsteraalbovariegata #monsteraalbo #몬스테라알보 #몬스테라

My happiest place in Seattle: @seattlespheres 💚💚💚

Incredible, jungle-size specimens. For an aroid enthusiast, this place is literally HEAVEN! I saw so many anthuriums & philodendrons, as well as begonias & alocasias, that I myself grow at home, but the size of these plants is just wow. The leaves are also in such great condition. I just wanna stay in here for hours. ☺️☺️☺️

In case you don’t know, the spheres is actually a workspace created by @amazon for their employees to work at. #mindblown 🤯🤯🤯 I’m pretty sure most people here don’t even know how precious some of these plants are. Nonetheless, it’s an absolutely beautiful green workspace. The best treat for any plant lover visiting Seattle! 🥰 Boys with plants, nature, outdoor plants, Seattle, gardens, plants, urban jungle

Time for a glow up! Look how pink my cute strawberry shake philodendron compared to when I acquired her from @keaynigel 6 months ago!… She’s displaying lovely shades of yellow and orange and bright greens as well. She’s a slow grower but at least she seems happy on the top shelf in my cabinet. Not sure how it’s possible, I forgot to name her! Any suggestions?

I’m incredibly grateful to my @core40 family. I stepped into my first class over 5 years ago. For those 40 minutes, I felt challenged and yet somehow more capable than I’d felt in a long time. I immediately signed up for an unlimited monthly pass.

Averaging 4 classes per week, I quickly began to feel stronger in my body AND my mind. In full transparency, @core40 helped me reconnect to my body after two kids. It helped me reach a new level of confidence in my abilities (not just my appearance).

It also connected me to a beautiful community. Not long into my personal Core40 journey a handful of instructors and owner @deangrafos encouraged me to become an instructor myself. It is one of the best decision I have ever made.

We are all unique and yet share the values that are @core40. Teaching my clients is a highlight each and every week. Helping you push past your self imposed limitations to meet your strongest self (body and mind) is such a gift. Thank you for enriching my life 🧡
