Good to be back under the lights with two intact arms this time.
Got a majority draw, not as technical as I wanted to be but when you lose a point sometimes you gotta put your foot on the gas and get down ‘n dirty.

Massive thanks to the men in the corner @keddles_gym Honour to have Alan in my corner providing me with his unmatched knowledge🙏🏻 and Ryan @rsbathrooms for all his advice behind the scenes and on the night.

Of course huge thanks to the Governor @silver_dollar_dash wouldn’t be doing this without you.

Thank you to everyone who came, means the world ❤️🙏🏻

Big up the man across the ring @billystiller2 can’t give the people a good scrap without someone who can put up one. Nothing but respect for you and your team brother 🙌🏼

A busy few weeks of meetings and now the hard work and journey begins!

What @ultrawhitecollarboxing and @ultra_mma do is absolutely incredible and we are a big part of that.

They have raised over £46 million for Charity and it just keeps rising.

Over the next 8 weeks, ordinary people with everyday lives, jobs, families and responsibilities will walk through the gym doors and take on something extraordinary.

Some will have never thrown a punch. Some will arrive nervous, doubting themselves and wondering what they’ve signed up for.
But that’s where the magic happens.

Over 8 weeks, we’ll watch strangers become teammates, nerves turn into confidence, and people discover strength they never knew they had.

8 weeks to challenge yourself.
8 weeks to change your mindset.
8 weeks to make a difference.

To every fighter beginning their Ultra White Collar Boxing and MMA journey, welcome to camp 💙🥊

I want to give a very special shout-out to these two incredible gentlemen, who mean more to me than words can express.

Both of them know me better than I know myself at times. They’ve always been there with support, guidance, advice and, most importantly, genuine friendship. There is absolutely NOTHING I wouldn’t do for either of them.

@nickheadhunter and I have been lifelong friends. We’ve stood shoulder to shoulder through the good times, the bad times and everything in between. Even though he’s now halfway around the world, the distance has never changed a thing. He’s always there when I need him, just as I’ll always be there for him. That’s what true friendship is all about.

Then there’s Alan. I still remember walking through the doors of @keddles_gym over 15 years ago and being properly introduced to him by @chute_box_uk, something I’ll forever be grateful for. I’d known of Alan and looked up to him for many years within the sport.

Although that first introduction still makes me laugh to this day! Scott turned to him and said, “Alright Al, this is…” only for Alan to reply, “I know who he is,” before promptly turning around and carrying on with the pads! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Fast-forward 12 years, and there he was, standing proudly beside me as my best man, alongside Lou. Funny how life works and how some of the most important people in your life come into it when you least expect it.

These two men are far more than friends to me. They’re family. They’ve seen me at my best, supported me through my worst and never once turned their backs on me.

Without these two in my life, I genuinely don’t know where I’d be today.

Loyalty, respect and friendship are things that can never be bought, and I’m fortunate enough to have all three in abundance from these two.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you both. I appreciate you . Forever grateful, 👊🏼 .
