Peak Week 👊
The work is done, no matter the result, I’ve loved the process 🤟 @coachphilmataj

Can I beat my garmin?

Start at 6 hours of easy bike and by May you’re on 10. Next year you need 18 just to keep moving.

You can fast track it. But sooner or later the load stops being manageable, or you just stop improving and have nowhere left to go.

Start at 4 and you still adapt, your key sessions stay sharp, and next year still has room.

Don’t spend your progression in the first month 🙌🏽

Deload done & dusted 🫡

Crazy that the best part of 50km is considered “deload”, had to whack out the head torch too as it’s now DARK on that cycle path 🔦

Seeing some solid adaptations, ready to attack the last block before Malaga, le bosh 🤟

Long run with some of the Malaga team this morning!🌅

For me presence is one of the most important things as a coach. Being there, running with them, being part of it. It imprints the ethos you want to create and then the team carries that with them.

And this team is something else. Getting the long runs done together, getting the sessions in together and always supporting each other. That’s where coaching, community and presence all come together and it creates something that gives everyone that little bit more.

Summer Highlight: S7 LOCKED IN⭐️🏃🏼‍♀️❤️

Belated post from me but what an amazing day racing Hyrox alongside the beautiful @keely_oreilly 🫶🏻

Sun shining, incredible support from family and friends, and to top it off, fastest women’s doubles time of the day!!⚡️

Feel so lucky that I get to do hard things alongside one of my closest friends! None of this would have been possible without the support from @coachjordanfrank appreciate you✨

Beaming the whole way round and celebrating what our bodies are capable of - that’s what women in sport is all about xo

An ode to @coachphilmataj

Big respect for laying it down at @ironman_uk Tenby yesterday. That was some savagery out there.

Phil has set a hell of an example to everyone around him and to those he coaches over his time training for this and it’s been amazing to see him come through and achieve what he set out to!

Congrats big dawg 😤 you the real 🍯🦡

P.s - I couldn’t quite make the swim after having (another) lie down off the bike 😬 but he definitely did the swim 😅
