One of the best time in the summer is boxing I want to say thank you to the best coach @keen.ca The coach always say I always have to get into my stance one of my favorite part of boxing is jab, hook, uppercut and no matter what who I am I don’t have to be scared and sad and angry when people hated me the only main goal to get stronger to build a good skills in the last goal is to save my destiny 💪🥊🤝 #hero #boxingtraining #strong #martialarts

“The strong believer is more beloved to Allah than the weak believer…” (Sahih Muslim)

Most people love this hadith…
but very few actually live it.

Because “strength” today is misunderstood.

It’s not just gym muscles.
It’s not just motivation quotes.
It’s not just confidence online.

In reality, a lot of men are:
• mentally drained
• physically inactive
• spiritually inconsistent
• and completely without structure

And no one talks about it.

Islam never separated faith from discipline.
A weak body often leads to a weak routine…
and a weak routine slowly destroys consistency in worship, mindset, and purpose.
That’s why environments matter.

In Ottawa, there’s a growing initiative called @keen.ca — built around one idea:
Fix the man → fix everything around him.
Not through talk.
Through discipline, training, structure, and community.

Swipe to understand what this actually is →

When was the last time you checked if your parents are getting what their body actually needs?

Not just food.
Not just “they’re fine.”
But real, daily nutritional support.

As we age, muscle loss increases.
Collagen declines.
Recovery slows.
Energy drops.

One scoop of Whey Supreme delivers:
37g protein
Creatine for strength
Collagen for joints
Glutamine for recovery
Black seed oil for overall wellness

Simple. Halal. Complete.

Because taking care of them isn’t just about visits.
It’s about protecting their strength.
