POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’m 5ft tall. I used to think I was too small to be strong and too sweet to be powerful.

My sensei however, for 10 yrs told me “yes you can!” He saw something in me that I didn’t yet see in myself. And over time, I started to believe it.

Did you know that by the time a child is 17 yrs old they’ve heard the words “no you can’t” and average of 150,000 times. And the words “yes you can” 5,000 times.

That’s 30 nos for every one yes.

And leads to a powerful belief of “I can’t.”

That is, until you rewire your thoughts and beliefs to remember the TrueYou you were born to be 💪.

Comment YES and I’ll send you our free PowerJumps eBook to begin to rewire your thoughts!

Your subconscious mind controls about 95% of your life.

Your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, habits, attitude, actions and results!

Since that’s the case, your ability to create long term significant change is life requires a shift in your subconscious mind. Not only your conscious awareness.

Powerful discussion on The Motus Edge podcast!

So many of us live beneath invisible ceilings—not because we lack potential, but because those ceilings were built from old labels and inherited stories we forgot to question.

Real potential lives in the talents we haven’t explored yet, the abilities we haven’t practiced, and the quiet ideas we haven’t trusted ourselves enough to act on. When we start trusting ourselves, we begin testing our edges and expressing who we truly are.

I’ve been diving deep into Power Jumps, the latest book from my incredible mentors Tony Child, Bill Banta, and Nicole Kernohan @keepelevated . This material is a constant reminder that our gifts are already inside us—we just have to be willing to unwrap them.

What is one talent or idea you’ve been holding back on? 🌿

Something I didn’t learn in school: you can set goals that feel inspiring and even illogical before you know “how” to achieve them!

When they align with what you truly want, they stretch your thinking, fuel your motivation, and push you to try something new.

When we don’t know how to do something we often assume we can’t. Of course that is not true! Or new of significance would ever be created.

What a day hosting the Tony Childs Mastermind at @aplusgaragedoors💙

I love being in a room with people who are willing to share ideas, learn from each other, and challenge one another to keep growing.

Days like this are such a great reminder that no matter where you are in business, there’s always an opportunity to learn something new and become a better leader.

Grateful we got to open the doors at A+ and be part of it!

What do you believe is possible for you between now and the end of the year?

On Rogers TV London, we talked about how beliefs about ourselves shape our actions, often without us realizing it!

Set a goal, then start seeing yourself as someone who can achieve it. That shift influences how you feel, what you do, and the results you create.

When my doctor said I “may or may not recover,” I held onto “may”. That belief kept me looking for ways to move forward consistently 🔥❤️.

Which part of a “maybe” are you listening to right now?

Do you ever find that you know what you need to do and still don’t do it?

When I owned a health food store, I heard this all the time. People wanted to feel better and had a plan, but they’d come back months later saying, “I fell off the wagon again.”

Often, there was a sentence underneath it: “I’m just not the kind of person who can stick with this.”

If that sounds familiar, try saying, “Up until now, I haven’t followed through. I’m choosing to change that.”

What’s the sentence you keep telling yourself which reflects a limiting paradigm holding you back?

Comment PARADIGM and I’ll send you our PowerJumps book.

If you have a hard time asking for help with little things or receiving an offer to help from a neighbor, how the heck do you expect to be able to receive the big things you want in life!?!

You are energetically pushing them away. And it makes it hard for people or things to come to you to support.

This week try asking for help on one thing. And practice receiving a compliement or helping hand.
