This month I’ll be taking part in another Lil Mafia event, something that came about from a debrief with Nat after my last talk.

This isn’t about me. It’s about you.

It’s a follow-on from my last talk about being curious about your work and tuning in to what you’re really trying to say. What is your POV? Your why? Your purpose? Whatever you want to call it.

By dissecting your work and reflecting on it, the answers are often there. It’s just a matter of setting aside the time to ask the questions.

And they may not be immediately apparent, in fact, they probably won’t be. But you’ll walk away with a point of reference that can evolve, shift and become something you build on over time.

The work will happen in small groups, with everyone helping each other. And to help facilitate the conversation, there’ll be some seasoned photographers @natasjakremers @keepercreative @cool.weddings @loveonfilmau weighing in along the way, helping you uncover the pieces of your own puzzle.

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, come and join us before your next season really kicks off.

Let’s get curious together.

Today is the last day of discounted tickets. DO IT!!

Moody. Romantic. Effortlessly modern. 🌹

If you’re drawn to candlelit tables, rich florals, layered textures and a palette full of depth, our Modern Romantic Pinterest board was made with you in mind.

Planning a wedding at a blank canvas venue can feel overwhelming when there are endless ideas online.

That’s why we’ve started curating our favourite styling looks into Pinterest boards, helping you discover a direction that feels like you.

Think dramatic tablescapes, sculptural floral moments, warm ambient lighting and an atmosphere that feels intimate, luxurious and full of romance.

Monochrome 🖤🤍

A blank canvas wedding venue gives you the freedom to take your styling in almost any direction.

This week’s mood board is all about Monochrome.

Think crisp whites, deep blacks, tonal stationery, black taper candles, sculptural florals, contrasting tableware and plenty of texture.

Monochrome styling doesn’t have to feel stark or minimal. The magic is in the layering, soft linens against bold details, delicate florals alongside graphic elements, and subtle shifts between black, white, ivory and charcoal.

It’s modern without feeling overly trendy, sophisticated without being too formal, and a little bit unexpected.

Whether you’re drawn to clean lines and contemporary details or something softer and more romantic, starting with a simple colour palette gives you the freedom to create something that feels cohesive, elevated and unmistakably you.

📌 Head to our Pinterest to explore the full Monochrome mood board, and if you’d love a little more hands-on support bringing your vision together, ask us about our Curated package.

Lighting feature: Moses Rock - Natural Linen, hanging shades ✨

At 360 x 520mm, their generous scale works perfectly in high overhead spaces, adding warmth, texture and a sculptural element where the ceiling might otherwise feel a little empty.

A beautiful choice for star tents and marquees 🙌

What do you want your wedding to feel like?
Not look like…….FEEL LIKE 🤍???

Your heart is full.

This is why we design the way we do.
Your wedding needs to be gorgeous ,yes, but how does it feel to be there, immersed in it.

To be really present and most importantly to be surrounded by your people.
