A strong back is essential because it supports your spine, improves your posture and prevents daily injuries.🙌✨️
Here is a dumbell only workout for a strong back that you can do at home.🏋‍♀️
You need a mat and a pair of dumbells ( around 5 to 10 kg).
Have a great workout!!😁
P.S.: The leggings that I am wearing are from @zane_active🙌 use the code LANA10 for a disscount 🤗

In ja… tudi oblačila so del tega občutka. ✨

Danes spet v svojem @zaneActive kompletu — ker obožujem ta občutek, ko je nekaj hkrati udobno, funkcionalno in lepo. 🤎

Naj bo gibanje tvoj trenutek zase.
Ne zato, ker moraš. Ampak zato, ker si zaslužiš. ✨

Kako do rezultatov pri oblikovanju telesa?
👇🏼

Več mišične mase pripomore k boljšemu metabolizmu, učinkovitejši porabi energije in lažjemu ohranjanju aktivne, “fit” postave. 💪🏼

Ne gre za hitre rezultate.
Gre za to, kako skrbiš za svoje telo vsak dan. 🤗
