POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Once a week on Tuesday mornings, we each share one thing we want to celebrate from the past week. We used to say it could be something big or small but after too many stories to count, we’ve noticed that anything that makes it to our weird little sharing circle is actually never small at all. Spending time with friends, nobody getting sick over the long weekend, buying a lamp, watching kids discover new hobbies, a Halloween costume arriving (that’s not for the kids), planning beyblade parties (also not for the kids). These are things that are big to us. Then eventually we talk about real estate and we dive into a whole new pile of stories. Turns out we usually have lots to celebrate. If you’re following along with everyone individually, sometimes you might be able to guess what they’re counting as a win each week, and you might even start to notice how the little things are never really that little. A win for the whole team though? We hit our 100th sold this year (so far). Which shouldn’t have felt like such a big number because we already celebrated each one of those on Tuesdays all year long. So we’re not really cheers-ing to 100 solds this weekend, we’re cheers-ing to people trusting us with the big things in their life. They’re pretty big to us too, every single one of them 🥂 (just eavesdrop on our Tuesdays and you’ll know).

A horse tornado is just another name for a carousel. We just closed on our 100th home in 2026 last week and are all kinds of grateful. Thanks for reading 🎂.

One of one. An off-market 1969 mid-century original tucked into Sturgeon Heights. Natural stone, a street-facing outdoor lounge, and a massive 8,175 sq. ft. lot backing onto a private park. Endlessly cool, and entirely its own. Inside, a corner wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, while double doors off the dining room open into (for my money) the best sunroom in the city. A spectacular glass-wrapped enclosure that makes you feel like you're sitting among the trees. And the good stuff doesn't stop there. An oversized primary with a walk-in dressing room. A hidden speakeasy downstairs. A breezeblock outdoor patio. Over 2,841 sq. ft. of finished living space, and enough personality to fill every inch of it. When we first walked through, the owners whispered that this was their dream home. Somewhere between the sunroom, the fireplace, and all those wonderful little details, we understood exactly why. Congratulations on the dream C & S! Purchased by the Label @blacklabelpropertygroup — A proud extension of @stalbertremax . . . So, @keirmcintyre has made it his mission to make sure everyone knows where the nearest pizza place is when we list a home, but @sanshirariep is here to bring something else to everyone’s attention: thrift stores. We’re not going to make you pick Team Pizza or Team Thrifting, but just for pretend... if you only had time for one sidequest on your way home, is it for a slice or secondhand treasures? 📍 @valuevillage_thrift St. Albert Take home finds were a couple of glasses (were still all wondering what a fish derby is—and we’re asking you, not Chat

On Market • 11 Brunswick Crescent • Braeside • St. Albert • $639,900 A wide front lawn and private courtyard open up to a lovingly reconstructed layout that features espresso hardwood, a bright front den, generous dining space, and a kitchen that sits comfortably at the centre of things with full-height cabinetry, quartz counters and an oversized island. At the back, the floor plan drops into a sunken living room, where generous windows pull the garden into view and give the space a quieter, more architectural feel. Three bedrooms sit on the main floor, including a generous primary with a beautifully reworked ensuite, while a fourth bedroom below leaves plenty of room still to shape over time. Outside, the yard has had years to soften around the edges. Mature trees, layered planting and an expansive patio create the kind of privacy that is difficult to manufacture in a newer neighbourhood. A quietly confident home — thoughtful, private, and better for the fact that it does not need to announce itself. Comment 'BRUNSWICK' for the full listing. . . . From the archives • Closed in Kensington A brick two-storey tucked behind a green door and more than 14,000 sq. ft. of gardens, mature trees and the kind of landscaping that feels collected over decades rather than designed all at once. Inside, black-and-white tile, warm wood floors, iron railings, a little upstairs study nook and a primary bedroom with its own marble fireplace and Juliet balcony overlooking the yard. Out back, paths disappeared into the greenery and an octagonal garden house sat among the trees looking equally prepared to be a potting shed, an art studio or somewhere to hide away with a book. Established. Personal. A little romantic. And very difficult to recreate. Gosh, we loved this home. Sold by the Label | @blacklabelpropertygroup — A proud extension of @stalbertremax . . .
