ERH; hidden in la maison de sake is a cute restaurant with japanese influences in the cuisine! found out that the menu can be paired with tea and tea infusions which i immediately chose to do it! very interesting pairing and definitely a try when coming to this restaurant… the portions is perfect and at the end went out with a perfectly full stomach! they also wrote a handwritten welcome card for each table with our names which makes it more special to the guest! A* for everything!!

• tea pairing: cold green tea with base of citrus and basil, dish: carpaccio of seabream, jelly of japanese vinegar and capucine oil
