A great day with the Axia crew and their families! 💛

Last Friday, we brought everyone together for our annual Family Day, enjoying some time at Luna Park before heading to dinner.

At Axia, we know that behind every team member is a network of people who support them, both professionally and personally. We have a huge appreciation for the partners and children who are part of that journey, and it was great to have the opportunity to share the day with them.

A big thank you to everyone who was able to join us. We know that coordinating schedules, taking time off work and managing family commitments isn’t always easy, which makes having everyone there all the more special.

Thanks for making it such a memorable day!

On 30/08/2026 our director @keith_peters_ joined over 40,000 runners in setting out for the TCS Major Sydney Marathon 2026. Axia Engineering was in full support with shirts provided for the run and the support crew. Starting near Milsons Point/Sydney Harbour Bridge, passed through city streets and parks, and finished at the Sydney Opera House - it was an amazing day filled with many challenges.

We are proud to see one of our own out there having a go! Well done Keith and great work Sydney hosting another Major Event!

Behind every successful infrastructure project is one constant: the ability to adapt.

In this conversation, our Director Keith sits down with Thanh to discuss one of the biggest challenges in project delivery - utilities.

From uncovering unexpected site conditions to rethinking the sequence of works, he shares how project sequencing isn’t always as straightforward as planned, and why adapting the order of works is often essential to suit site conditions and keep projects progressing.

Using real-life examples, they explore why flexibility is just as important as preparation when delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Watch the full discussion below and let us know: what’s been the biggest utilities challenge you’ve encountered on a project?

James Doherty and Keith Peters attended the @_transportaustralia Industry Lunch yesterday, hearing from @transportfornsw Secretary Josh Murray ahead of the NSW State Budget later this month.

It was great to gain insight into the priorities and challenges facing the transport sector, and what they could mean for the future delivery of infrastructure projects across NSW.

Thanks to Transport Australia for hosting another excellent event.

A great night out on Wednesday with the team enjoying Game 1 of the State of Origin series.

We kicked things off with dinner before heading to the game where the atmosphere definitely lived up to the hype, and even better with the Blues taking the win!

Thanks for joining us Justin de Wit, Paul Orrock, Trevor Woodward, Patrick Small.

Always great to step away from the day to day, spend time together outside of work, and enjoy a fantastic night of footy! 🏉

Last Friday, the Axia team came together for our second internal Lessons Learned Workshop — and it was another valuable session.

Our Director, @keith_peters_ , and Advisor, Clinton Tran, shared key insights drawn from their project experience across two critical topics:

🔹 Cost Forecasting — how clients and contractors effectively manage and track costs across multiple projects
🔹 Temporary Works — the design, implementation, and growing importance of temporary works in today’s infrastructure landscape

The open discussion it sparked real questions, shared experiences, and genuine collaboration across the team.

At Axia, continuous learning is how we build capability, deepen expertise, and ultimately deliver better outcomes for our clients.

Looking forward to many more sessions like this. 💡

Our Director and Co-Founder, Keith Peters, shares a look into life beyond the day-to-day of project delivery.

This week @jacob_madden and @keith_peters_ caught up with Tony Stante to celebrate Tony’s 64th birthday.

Tony’s career has taken him through some of the industry’s most significant work — from delivery to advisory and creating a lasting impact through his work with Axia Engineering and @transgrid_energy . Along the way, he has left a mark that goes well beyond the work itself. He brings deep expertise and steady leadership to every room he walks into.

Tony is the person in the room who has seen it all — and still shows up with curiosity, humility, and a wealth of knowledge he’s always willing to share. The way only the best in the industry do.

Happy Birthday! Bravo Tony.
