You know what needs to change.
So why can't you change it?

There is a particular kind of frustration that comes from watching yourself do the very thing you promised yourself you would stop doing.

You understand it, you have thought it through, and you probably know exactly what you would do differently if you could. Then the moment arrives and the same reaction shows up anyway, along with that familiar feeling of wondering why you keep landing back in the same place.

That is the space we will be exploring together at Patterns to Purpose. ✨

On Sunday 11 October, Louise Chambers of Neuro Build Coach® and Kelly Gordon of Kelevate Coaching are bringing together just thirteen people for a full day of wellbeing, self-discovery and reflection in Cardiff Bay.

The morning is about understanding what might be sitting underneath your reactions, the protective patterns and nervous system responses that have been shaping the way you think, feel and respond without you ever really noticing. Your brain's main job was never to make you happy. Its main job has always been to keep you safe, and so many of the reactions you would love to change began as something that once protected you.

The afternoon turns towards where you want to go next, with time to reconsider your values, picture your Best Possible Self and map out your Wheel of Life. This is about creating the space to understand where you are, recognise what might be keeping you stuck, and reconnect with the things that mean the most to you. 🌿

If you have ever caught yourself thinking "why do I keep doing this when I know better", this day has been created to give you the room to sit with that question with curiosity rather than judgement.

The day also includes:
✨ SOMA Breath®
✨ A restorative sound bath
✨ Lunch and drinks
✨ A take-home workbook
✨ A personal goody bag
✨ A live online preparation session

📅 Sunday 11 October
⏰ 9am to 5pm
📍 The Angel Collective Studio, Cardiff Bay
🎟️ Only 13 places available
🐦 Early bird: £149 until 11 September
💷 Standard: £179
Klarna is available over three months.

For a long time I just accepted that I had no will power. The voice in my head that found every flaw before anyone else could. The reaching for a tasty treat in the cupboard when a feeling got too big. The saying yes when a massive part of me was already saying no and having a go at me for it.
What I understand now is that none of these were ever the real problem.

They were protectors🤺.

Underneath them sat an older feeling, not being safe or not being good enough, we pick up long before we have the words for it.

Your inner critic, your comfort eater, your people-pleaser, they all grew up to guard that softer wound.

This is why being told to just eat less and move more can be so unhelpful. It skips straight past the reason the behaviour is there in the first place.

It is also part of why I think the conversation around GLP-1 medications is more nuanced than it first appears. If they quiet the part of you that reaches for food, that is worth understanding, because they can turn the volume down on a protector without removing it.

So the time when it is not driving your decisions may be exactly the time to gently work on what it was protecting underneath.

Getting back to self-leadership is not about fighting those parts of you or controlling yourself harder. It is about understanding them, so they can finally rest, and meeting that old wound with kindness instead of judgement.

When one of your protectors shows up this week, can you get curious about what it might be trying to keep you safe from?

This is the work we do in Patterns to Purpose, a in Cardiff Bay on Sunday 11th October. I will guide you through your patterns and the parts underneath them in the morning, Kelly will help you reconnect with the direction you actually want in the afternoon, and I will close the day with a restorative sound bath.

You will leave understanding why you have reacted the way you have for so long, holding real tools to work with yourself rather than against yourself, and with a genuine step forward that is yours.

Early bird £149 closes on 11th September. Come and join us. Link in my bio or DM me P2P for more information. 💙

Breaking the pattern of saying yes...Maybe you promise yourself that this time you'll say no…

Then your boss asks you to take on one more thing, and you say yes, knowing it means staying late and missing dinner with your kids again. Your friend asks you to collect her child from school. Your partner assumes you'll sort the present, book the table and arrange the childcare. Or your mum needs a lift to an appointment because your brother is busy. Again.

And before you've worked out whether you have the time, energy or headspace, you hear yourself say: "Yeah, of course." 🙃

Then later you're annoyed with them. And even more annoyed with yourself. Because inside it's a horrible tangle of resentment, guilt and frustration.

"Why does everyone assume I'll do it?" And underneath: "Why didn't I just say no?"

You feel taken for granted. Invisible. Like everyone else's needs go to the front of the queue and yours wait at the back. But the guilt stops you, because you don't want to be the difficult one or the person who lets people down. So you swallow it and carry on. Until the next time.

Maybe you've had the difficult conversation in your head twenty times. 💭 The one where you tell your partner you're tired of remembering the school forms, the appointments, the washing powder running low. The one where you tell your manager you can't keep absorbing everyone else's work. The one where you tell your mum her comments are hurting you.

You've rehearsed it in the shower, lying awake at 2am. But when the moment comes, you soften it. "It's fine." You make a joke. Until something tiny tips you over and you snap. Not because of the plate. Because of the ten things you never said out loud.

That's what we mean by Patterns to Purpose. ✨ A full day to understand why these reactions keep showing up, what's driving them, and the confidence to know what you actually want instead and how to get it.

And today, the waitlist is OPEN 🎉

This day is for you if you’ve done a lot of thinking, understanding and working on yourself… but still find yourself wondering:

💭 Why do I keep reacting the same way?

In the morning, we’ll focus on understanding your patterns 🧠
In the afternoon, we’ll shift towards purpose, direction and what matters to youn✨
And we’ll finish the day with a relaxing sound bath, giving you space to slow down, reconnect and let everything settle. 🎶🤍

CHOOSE YOU // There comes a moment in every woman's life when she realises that choosing herself is not selfish. It is freedom.

Freedom is releasing the beliefs, expectations, relationships, habits, and fears that no longer serve you.

It is choosing self-love over self-doubt, self-worth over people-pleasing and peace over survival.

When a woman heals, she changes everything around her.

She becomes stronger.

A stronger mother, stronger partner, stronger daughter, stronger sister, stronger friend.

She creates deeper connections within her community. She gives herself permission to live authentically, love wholeheartedly, and lead with courage.

There's an incredible power in retreating with women who see you, hear you, understand your journey and remind you of who you truly are.

Women who celebrate your growth instead of fearing it.

Women who hold space for your healing while encouraging your expansion.

Imagine stepping away from the noise of everyday life and immersing yourself in an experience designed to nourish your mind, body and soul.

An experience where you release what has been weighing you down to reconnect with your inner wisdom and remember the woman you were always meant to be.

Feeling the calling? Come join us!

We next gather from 11th–14th September 2026 in South Wales, U.K.

It's more than a retreat. It is a homecoming.

A reset.

A space to let go, rebuild your self-worth, reclaim your power and create a new reality from a place of love over fear because, when you change the way you see yourself, you change the way you experience your life.

The woman waiting on the other side of this journey is already within you.

It's time to set her free.

GO RIGHT THROUGH IT // There are seasons in life that test every part of who we are.

Moments when giving up seems easier than taking another step forward but it's often in those very moments that the greatest transformation begins.

Growth doesn't happen by avoiding the storm, it happens by walking through it.

Every setback teaches resilience.

Every disappointment builds wisdom.

Every challenge shapes a stronger, wiser, and more confident version of you.

Don't be ashamed of your struggles. They are part of your story, not the end of it.

The person you're becoming is worth every lesson, every tear, and every hard-fought victory.

Keep going!

One day you'll look back and realise that what once tried to break you became the very thing that built you.

You didn't just survive the challenge, you became someone stronger because of it.

Love you, S x
