This is a new era for EmpowerHER Life, and you can feel it.
There is a different energy around us this year. More focus. More growth. More intention. Women stepping into who they are becoming and building lives and businesses that reflect it.

We began as a place for women to gather. That space became growth. Growth became transformation. Today, EmpowerHER Life is evolving into a true ecosystem for women, and this shift is powerful.

An ecosystem means you are not doing life or business alone. You are inside a connected environment where relationships turn into opportunities, conversations turn into collaborations, and proximity turns into growth. Women know your work. They support your vision. They refer, partner, and build alongside you. This is how businesses grow faster. This is how confidence expands. This is how real momentum is created.

We are also preparing for our first round of investor conversations to fund Women’s Economic Infrastructure on the Northshore. We are building spaces, systems, and opportunities designed to support women long term. This is about economic impact, leadership, and creating something that lasts for generations.

Through all of it, our heartbeat remains WOMENSHIP. Women building women. Women rising together. Women creating success that is shared, supported, and real.

We are deeply focused on membership because true connection creates real results. When women are known, supported, and strategically connected, growth accelerates. Businesses expand. Lives change.

If you have been watching, this is your invitation to step closer

Save the date for our Relaunch Party on April 23rd. Come experience the energy. Come meet the women. Come see what EmpowerHER Life is becoming.

This is the beginning of something bigger.

As I edit this reel, tears are falling down my face. Not because something is wrong, but because something is right in a way I did not know how to name before.

These women feel like they have been part of my life forever, yet the truth is we have only shared a few short years together. Some of them have only been here for months. That realization should feel impossible, but it does not. It feels honest.

There is something that happens when women gather without masks. When no one is trying to prove, compete, or perform. When we are not bonding through trauma or convenience, but through responsibility, respect, and shared values. Time stops being the deciding factor. Depth takes over.

This is what WOMENSHIP™ has taught me. Connection does not require a lifetime. It requires intention. It requires emotional maturity. It requires women who are willing to be whole on their own and still choose to walk together.
Being surrounded by women like this changes how you move through the world. You speak more carefully. You listen more fully. You lead with more clarity. You stop shrinking and you stop hardening. You soften without becoming small.

I do not take this lightly. I know how rare this is. I know how often women are taught to stay guarded instead of grounded. What we are building here is not accidental. It is chosen, protected, and built slowly on purpose.

That is why this feels so emotional. Not because of how long we have known each other, but because of how deeply we have decided to know one another.

Join us at our next event… ps: our next retreat is March 26th and 27th

So honored to deliver a Confidence Reset to the EmpowerHer Life Mini-Summit yesterday. What I got from the event was invaluable as always. We danced, we connected, we made vision boards, and we planned for a powerful new year to come. What I got to remember is how incredible it is to be at tables with people who intentionally and loudly support you. Lately I’ve been having a lot of conversations on the impact of having your community go silent on their support at some of the scariest and most critical growth junctions of life. Or worse, offering corrosive energies directly or indirectly. Let’s not make the mistake of making space for that in 2026. You are influenced by the people you’re connected to. Make sure it’s always a mutual build. And nothing less.

My clients will sometimes ask me how I have heavy conversations all day and stay so light. I’ll tell you. I put on costumes and take my inner child on play dates between sessions. Because outgrowing fun is one of the dumbest things adults can do. And deep down we all know it. It’s just a flash. Live it! @empowerher_life Sleigh Soirée at the Diamond Club was a blast!

Every Elevate & Connect has the same effect.
You walk in for connection and walk out with women who actually get you. Not surface-level. Not performative. Real.

The kind of conversations that shift something in you. The kind of support that doesn’t clock out when the event ends. The kind of community that pours into you because that’s just who we are.

If you’ve been waiting to feel that again or for the first time, this is your invitation.

New Orleans, the movement of WOMENSHIP has arrived.

This city has always been known for its rhythm, but now it’s about to find its resonance… where ambition meets authenticity and leadership looks like courage, not competition.

The women leading EmpowerHER Life NOLA aren’t waiting for permission. They’re creating spaces that raise the standard and redefine what influence means.

Be in the room where it begins. The first Elevate & Connect in New Orleans happens October 15 at Fleming’s, and trust us you want to be there.

Your network won’t change your life. Your community will.

They aren’t just planning events; they are intentionally creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, and empowered. They open doors, spark opportunities, and lead with heart.

This team proves what happens when women lock arms with purpose. Growth multiplies, influence expands, and a legacy is built.

Houma was the second city to rise, and this leadership team is proof of what happens when women step up as opportunity makers and door openers.

They are not just running events, they are shaping spaces where women grow their influence, expand possibilities, and thrive together. This is collaboration with intention. This is women leading boldly and building something that lasts.

The ripple effect from Houma is powerful, the energy is undeniable, and the movement is only gaining momentum.

✨ This is what collaboration over competition looks like. ✨

Today’s Northshore Elevate & Connect was nothing short of magical—women from all walks of life coming together to share, support, and grow side by side. 💫 Hosted at the beautiful @palettenorthshore, we were nourished with bites from @dolceamore_cafe and @primaapres, and deeply inspired by the powerful story and wisdom of @kelliguidry_. We had amazing vendors @hat.haus_ @serenity_home_and_gifts @pinkmagnoliamarketplace2024 and @openspacestudios_ doing custom headshots. It was truly an amazing day.

This is the heartbeat of EmpowerHER Life—real connection, authentic community, and women lifting each other higher. 💕
