💕✨ SIS, YOU’VE BEEN HOLDING YOUR BREATH LONG ENOUGH… IT’S TIME TO EXHALE! ✨💕

Some seasons will leave you breathless. Some battles will leave you broken. And some experiences will have you carrying things God NEVER intended for you to hold.

But SIS… YOU SURVIVED IT! 🙌🏽

Now it’s time to RELEASE, RESTORE, RECONNECT, and RECLAIM the woman God created you to be!

🌸 Push Her To Pray (PH2P) proudly presents:

💕 DON’T WAIT TO EXHALE 💕
An Intimate Friendsgiving Brunch Experience

This isn’t just brunch, SIS! This is a divine appointment. A room filled with sisterhood, transparency, encouragement, healing, laughter, and most importantly… THE PRESENCE OF GOD! 🙏🏽

We’re gathering women from all walks of life to remind one another that we don’t have to carry it all, figure it all out, or walk through it all ALONE.

✨ Come with your testimony.
✨ Come with your expectations.
✨ Come exactly as you are.

Just don’t leave the same way you came!

🗓️ Saturday, November 14, 2026
⏰ 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
📍 The Mildred Bowie Fellowship Hall
St. Mark United Methodist Church
6217 Glen Oaks Drive | Baton Rouge, LA

🎟️ REGISTRATION IS FREE!
👗 Attire: Blush & Nudes Encouraged

💕 SIS, YOUR NEXT CHAPTER DESERVES A DEEP BREATH!

Don’t wait for permission to heal. Don’t wait for closure to move forward. And certainly DON’T WAIT TO EXHALE!

With love, faith & purpose,

There is something sacred about women gathering with intention. ☕🕊️

✨Coffee + Conversations is a safe, guided space where we open the Word together and let it speak to where we actually are in life — not where we think we should be.

✨No pressure. No performance. Just presence. 🌿

This month’s theme is Return to HER — and sis, this conversation was designed for this exact moment in your life.

RSVP with Link in BIO!

✨ Tag a woman who needs to be in this atmosphere 🌻
