Hey everyone!

I’m stepping into something that means a lot to me. I’m in the Mr. Health & Fit competition, not just for a title, but to represent health, faith, discipline, and real transformation.

You get 1 FREE vote per day, and that’s what I’m asking for.
There is an option to donate that gives extra votes and supports a great cause, but truly — the free daily vote is everything.

If my coaching, words, or presence has ever helped you physically, mentally, or spiritually, I’d be grateful for your support.

Vote here once a day:

Much love. Let’s show what real health looks like ❤️💪

We had a little fun today adding a few things to the kids classrooms…Little reminders to help them remember who they are, whose they are, and that God is ALWAYS active and present in their lives even if they’re questioning Him! Jesus loves you my friends! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

New things are afoot at Desert Church Kids Ministry starting 12/1!!

We want ALL of our kids to have the opportunity to work towards a fun goal together, while also participating in classroom discussions, memorizing Bible verses, helping their classmates and teachers by being kind and respectful, and spending more time learning about Jesus Christ and the gospel at home with their families!!

For more information about our new incentive program and what all this is going to entail, feel free to private message me OR email me at kellsi@desertchurch.co!

Happy 14th Anniversary to the love of my life @kellsi.foster Kellsi! 💕 I praise and thank God that He blessed me with you! From the moment we met, I knew you were someone special, and every year since has only confirmed that. You're the heart of our family, the rock that keeps us grounded, and the fire that keeps us moving forward.

As a wife, a mother of our incredible kids, and a fierce businesswoman, you embody strength, love, and resilience. You’ve shown me what it means to be patient, loving, and unwavering—even through the toughest times. You’ve created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and so much love.

To the woman who’s been my safe place and my constant source of strength, I want you to know: we’re just getting started. The best is yet to come. You are deeply loved, endlessly appreciated, and always safe with me. Here’s to many more years of adventure, growth, and happiness.

I love you more than words can say. Thank you for everything. ❤️

Because of your generosity, we have been able to donate loaded diaper bags and mom-to-be kits to 6 amazing organizations that support young, new moms throughout the US and Canada.

Our Seint Artist team captains poured their heart and souls into the project. They have made lasting connections within their communities, and continue to serve and help where needed.

In the words of one of the organizations, “WOW. Again, thank you. Words cannot fully express what this donation means to those we serve’.” We echo their sentiment, and continue to be so grateful for this community. 🥰

Having a support system is critical for any new mom. For young women who have aged out of foster care, they may not have that support.

For the next two weeks, we are coming together to donate loaded diaper bags and mom-to-be kits to show our love and support, and to empower these young women as they begin their journey into motherhood.

Let’s give a huge shoutout to our Seint Artist Team Captains who have volunteered to lead their time zones for a successful drive!

US EST - Meredith Faltings
US CST - Danica Adams
US MST - Cassidy Schweigert
US PST - Kellsi Foster

CAN EST/CST - Chelsea Turan
CAN MST/PST - Jaime Little

Connect with them to see how you can help! If you aren’t able to donate at this time, still get involved by sharing this post to help get the word out! Make sure to share and tag us in your stories and posts!
