September needs more of this.

A room of people moving, learning, refining, and figuring things out as we go.

Not perfectly. Not all at the same pace. Just showing up and working with what’s in front of us.

This month, we’re making room for movement that fits real life. Grace for the days that don’t go as planned. Rest before you’re running on empty. Strength that supports the life you’re living.

Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to wait until everything else is handled.

Sometimes it’s just getting on the mat, moving your body, and slowing down before your body makes the decision for you.

You don’t have to do the most to keep moving forward. 🤎

What are you making more room for this month?

People see the physical side of Pilates, but honestly, the mental side is just as important.

I’ve been the body for an advanced test-out, and I’ve definitely been stressing because I want to do well for her. There have been a lot of moments where I’ve doubted myself or felt overwhelmed, but this experience has reminded me how much of Pilates is mental.

I’ve had to focus on what I *can* do instead of what I can’t, trust the process, and stay present. Even though I still have a long way to go, I’ve been able to do more than I ever expected because I’ve worked on the mental part just as much as the physical.

Pilates doesn’t just make you stronger physically—it teaches you confidence, patience, and resilience too. 🤍

Finally, one of my dreams has come true! For more than a year I wanted to hold a class for children where everyone could feel like an artist, immerse themselves in the world of art and abstract themselves from this world, receiving a new charge of energy! Looks like a birthday party, doesn’t it? But this is an ordinary master class in my studio 😉 Do you want the same? Sign up! And I get new emotions! 🥳 And thank u so much @dopemukhin for that video 🥰
