Meet Kelly Nossa, Outreach Committee member of Wellness Society!🤍📂

#MEETEXECMONDAY

Hi, my name is Kelly! I’m a junior majoring in Psychology and minoring in fashion merchandising. My wellness journey really began during my freshman year when I was still trying to figure myself out and adjust to a new chapter of life.

Over time, I realized it was the small wellness habits and stepping outside my comfort zone mentally, physically, and emotionally, that helped me become more confident, balanced, and connected to myself. Because of that, wellness has become something I’m deeply passionate about in every form, whether that’s mental health, movement, creativity, mindfulness, or simply creating meaningful connections with others.

The Wellness Society is the kind of community I had been looking for since my freshman year. I’m so grateful for this position and to be surrounded by such inspiring and motivated women. Both this position and this organization have already helped me grow so much as a person and have made wellness an even more meaningful part of my life. I’m excited to help create a welcoming community where people feel motivated, supported, and inspired to prioritize their wellbeing🤍
