today was an slow paced, refreshing day filled with cute coffee shops, time with my best friend and her fam, and a christmas parade (where we met the grinch, doc mcstuffins, and a creepy clown guy). wish every day could be like today✨ and also so thankful that i have not one, but TWO amazing families. thanks for making me feel like another daughter @kellymaster :)

Human trafficking. It's real, raw and often much closer than we think. I met Kelly Master a number of years ago when I was able to get her to speak to an entire freshmen class of students about what human trafficking is, what it looks like and ways to ensure their own safety.
Kelly was able to take an uncomfortable, 'let's not talk about it' topic before a group of 300 kids where you could hear a pin drop.
We desperately need to be talking about this.
