Happy FRIYAY!!!

How was your week?
Do you have anything planned for the weekend?

Thank you to this beauty @lostbetweenpages_x for tagging me to show some of my 5 ⭐️ reads for this year.

I have had so many good reads this year and these are only a small amount of my 5 ⭐️ reads.

Have you read any of these? Were they 5 ⭐️ for you?

I have tagged a few besties, I would love to see some of your 5 ⭐️ reads so far this year. As always no pressure 🥰

Have a great weekend x

So just incase you’re on the hunt for what to read next this spooky season I asked some book besties to share their fave spooky vibes book rec’s, and they have delivered an absolutely killer line up for your TBR to scream about 😉

The real nightmare will be deciding what to read first 🫣

Someone is judging you right now.
Someone else is totally inspired by you.
Neither are paying your bills.
So just do your own thing and be true to you.
No competition, just friends who are authors celebrating that we released our books within two weeks of each other.

Thank you to our friends, family, our children, editors, arc readers, instagram followers, printers, indie bookstores, other indie authors and of course my husband for supporting us!

-BOOK LAUNCH CELEBRATIONS-
@houseofromantasy

-MOONVEIL AND MAGIC-
By @amgold.author

What an incredible way to spend the afternoon, supporting a beautiful friend while they launch their book into the world! It made my heart sings so much to be able to be there and see you glow in your moment, to watch you be celebrated and loved by so many! I’m so proud of you Amanda, you are an inspiration and I’m so glad to have been able to be there for such a big moment! You are amazing and I literal ray of shine.

I also got to hangout with my favourites and meet some new friends. The biggest thing I love most about book events, being together with people who get you.

This was my first time to @houseofromantasy and my goodness I can’t wait to go back! What a stunning space it is!

-The Back of The Book-

She was supposed to stay hidden.

They were supposed to hate each other.

Magic had other plans.

Ivy Thornton isn’t just a cozy bookstore, and craft shop owner — shes hiding the city’s most dangerous secret: a Shard of power. When her past catches up to her, she’s thrust into a battle for survival alongside Lucien Vale and Kael Blackwood: bitter rivals, lethal alphas, and both dangerously hers.

Both are warlocks, one a puma shape shifter and the other a werewolf, and they’ve spent fifty years at war. But to protect the Shard and save their city from the Council’s dark plans, the three of them must master a triad bond built on raw power, absolute trust, and fierce desire.

To save Ebonvale, they have to unite the magic that tore them apart. But to survive the storm, Ivy might just have to surrender her heart.

Happy book release and congratulations love! I so so can not wait to read Moonveil and Magic!

And how cute is the crotchet kitty bookmark!! So so adore it! Thank you so much Amanda!

Much love always

So I edited a book! When I said yes to editing Moonveil and Magic by Miss Sunshine herself - @amgold.author, I never expected:
* my friendship with @amgold.author and @dot.inthepages to deepen so much 🥰
* to be needing a cold shower after some scenes
* Amanda’s unwavering belief in me
* to be googling the most random things to make sure this book made sense and the grammar was 👌
* the joy I found in leaving comments for @amgold.author as I read her story
* to love the way she can write so descriptively in so few words 👏

nor did I realise:
* the time it would take me to edit 🐌 🧐 (I’m sorry 🫣)

Haha but in all seriousness, I just want to say a huge big thank you to Amanda for believing in me enough to take a chance on me and another big thank you to all of you who have followed along with my editing journey with this book 🫶

I hope you get the chance to read Moonveil and Magic one day 🤞🤞🤞

And I can’t wait to celebrate with you again Amanda, at your first ever book event today 🥳

Lastly, for anyone who has a dream to be an author… be like Amanda @amgold.author and write the damn book!

What are you waiting for? 👀

💫✨ACOTAR MONTH ✨💫

In lieu of it being ACOTAR 6 release in 20 days, winning a @wngspn.official shirt was amazing and of course I had to pick this one!

And yes I know this quote was from book 1, but we all know ACOMAF is where it’s at.

I am so ready to meet my Husband Azriel again, the countdown is on now.

Are you so ready for this release?
