Very proud of @kellyslaz this week resetting her PB 3x and picking up new things very quickly like the transbrake bump. She finished Michigan Miles off with another solid pass 6.52 at 103 with the best 60ft of the week at 1.34. We had been monitoring a coolant pressure issue the final two days. After the final pass the coolant overflow jug was pressurized and looked more like a football rather than the rectangle it was supposed to be. Between that and some fluid pressure relief on the underside of the hood we called it a week. Another helpful foxbody owner gave us a higher pressure radiator cap to help get us home. The car drove fine on the way home. Time to figure out the root cause and do some upgrades for the next one this fall/winter. #michiganmiles

@sickthemag #michiganmiles Day 5 #ublydragway
Kiddo @kellyslaz with help of co-hubby-pilot @kcoxphoto managed to pull off another PB on a less than ideal track prep (aka 💩). Hit all the checkpoints. Had an especially great time at @sicktownhall !

Another day, another pb. Kelly ran a 6.44 today on a less than ideal track surface. A true baby wheelie this time around on the way to cutting a 1.37 60 ft. #lsturbo #foxbody #michiganmiles

Another day and @kellyslaz has another PB. Lopped off .2 in the 1/8 and ran a 6.46. She also cut a 1.39 60 ft time. Props to @lds_lsx on the keyboard giving the car some more juice. #michiganmiles

Day 1. Another PB, another best 60ft. Kelly nailed the first run up at the bump in on the transbrake. Now its time for more boost and timing. #michiganmiles #foxbody

Day 0 testing done! Best 60 ft yet and the transbrake is working well. Look closely and you'll see some daylight under that front left tire. Big thanks to @detroit_riot and @lds_lsx for getting things squared away with a creep/bump button and haltech function in the parking lot of the hotel. #sickmichiganmiles

I have to hand it to @lds_lsx the man builds a killer exhaust system. It had to be twin tailpipes on the notch and he made it work with no room and an ARB. #wuhanwarwhistle #turbols #lsx
