Still smiling about yesterday 🏔️ Can’t remember the last time I had that much fun and couldn’t ask for a better crew to ride with ☺️

Você conhece os sinais da Esclerose Múltipla? 🧡

Fadiga extrema, alterações visuais e perda de equilíbrio não devem ser ignorados. Quanto antes a EM for diagnosticada, mais rápido o tratamento começa — evitando sequelas e preservando a autonomia do paciente.

The feeling of riding a section of trail you’ve had to walk the bike through in the past 💪 Now I just need to master the other rock gardens on Marsh.

Also, the human body is crazy, because what do you mean I’m battling a cold, have cramps, and feel fatigued to the point I almost cancelled plans and then went out and had the BEST day of riding in terms of endurance and skill 😅.

Still riding the high from today’s ride. We pushed ourselves WAY outside of our comfort zones but we killed it.

Canyon > Marsh > South Burma > Richardson > Spring Creek

Unbelievably fun to watch yourself progress week after week! And unbelievably grateful to have become friends with @kellysuttonfitness , wouldn’t give up our Wednesday bike and yap sessions for anything ❤️

I rather do @battleofthebrews again than going to Disneyland. Thank you @battleofthebrews and @pablo_chacon93 for letting me Promote and Advertise this event where the proceeds are going to the Kids of Sonoma County through @active2030sr. I McLove every single one of you that show up today even though it was pouring rain at the Fairground

Making lifestyle gains, together>>>

When you swap late nights out drinking together for quality time, movement, and travel- your whole life levels up👏👏

Couples that make lifestyle changes together are SO much more likely to stick to them in the long run🥹

Walking into the first full week of 2026 like✨❤️💪🏼👑
We have an exciting week ahead! I’m starting a new fitness plan that will push me closer to some goals, and we have our very first rehearsal for our 2026 competition! I am so excited to help our contestants reach their full potential, and continuing to chase new heights and opportunities for myself!

•When preparing for Physical Fitness for Miss California, I knew I wasn’t going to be the thinnest contestant. But that wasn’t what I wanted—I aspired to be the strongest, both physically and mentally! Because at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what I look like—what matters is what for others as a role model, and the impact I leave on my community through my service initiative, volunteerism, and kindness. For anyone who feels like they may not have belong, you are enough and I’m so happy you’re here🫶🏼Miss America really is for EVERYBODY, so take this as your sign to check out a local competition near you!🤩 #MissAmerica #BodyPositvity #MissAmericaFit #MissSonomaCounty #Service
