Sweet looooove .... in my best Anita Baker voice.
✨
Last night stealing kisses on the red carpet. It’s was exhilarating to watch @miketiddes film with an audience for the first time since its completion. This man has vision!! He never fails to inspire and wow me. watching him storyboard shots, scouting countless locations, hearing him brainstorm and map blocking, the shotlist, figuring and plotting for stunts, camera moves, the love he puts into every scenes look and every detail he puts into every possible intention. Theres to much to mention and it’s so beautiful bc he loves his actors and is not afraid to go over the waterfall with them. He loves his crew and believes in his team. He loves this industry, he’s passionate about the process and it’s my great honor to witness the spaces between through and on the other side. I love you lover. Congratulations to you, Mr. Director, Mike Tiddes. I believe in you. Last night was truly magical and joyfilled. I just want to shout it from a mountain top!!! Congratulations to the wonderfully talented cast and entire crew. Marlon Wayans put life blood into every scene. This is Marlon like you’ve never seen before! If you think you know what this film is gonna be like, let me tell you now, you don’t. See the movie August 16th on Netflix. Bring your popcorn, your humor and your tissue box to the couch and enjoy the show 📽 #teamtiddes

I carry you with me into the world, into the smell of the rain and the words that dance between people and for me, it will always be this way, walking in the light, remembering being alive together.
