✨ A week ago, today, I had the honor and privilege of hosting a beautiful yoga adventure and healing retreat at the very rustic and magical Casa Violeta in Tulum, Mexico with an amazing group of humans.

It was much more than a yoga retreat; it was about coming together as a community, supporting one another and the journey of healing parts of ourselves that need love and recognition while also having some fun and letting go with dance and movement. We found ourselves held in a space by the love and energy of others surrounded by the healing powers of the ocean and the nurturing embrace of Mother Earth’s vortex in Tulum.

On 2/22, we embraced the magic of the healing portal 222 and experienced the transformative and challenging ancient Mayan Temazcal ceremony that was not so easy. Enclosed in a dark space of a sweat lodge with hot coals and different herbs burning while letting go of toxicities in the body, shifting mindset while getting after goals and what serves us in a higher purpose. Elevating mind and body while setting intentions and allowing what needs to be released while chanting mantras and songs. This group was incredible and all absolute natural warriors !

I’m so grateful for everyone who came and shared their time, energy and gratitude. I have so much more to share but just wanted to send this one week out from 222.
All my love, Cece xx 💕✨🌴☀️🌊

It was so cool to support and stand alongside @herfirst100k as Tori Dunlap rang the @nasdaq stock market opening bell! 🔔 I first met Tori in 2019, when I interviewed her in Seattle about salary negotiation. I’ve been a fan ever since.

As Tori says, “a financial education is a woman’s best form of protest.”

Here’s to knowing our value, advocating for it, and getting paid what we’re worth!💰

As 2024 comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on the wild ride this year has been. Serious highs, deep lows, and everything in between. But isn’t that the beauty of life? 🌗 Feeling it all—the light and the dark, the good and the not-so-good. That’s what makes us alive.

And isn’t that what yoga teaches us? If yoga means union, then there you have it—life itself is yoga. This year stretched me in ways I didn’t expect, and honestly, I wouldn’t trade the struggles. They taught me so much and left me more optimistic than ever for 2025.

So, cheers, friends! 🥂 To new beginnings, fresh lessons, and embracing the journey ahead with gratitude and hope. 💫

It’s a simple thing to take a walk. And you always feel better when done. So get up, get out and take a walk, and always bring a friend. ❤️🚶‍♀️💪🏼 #walkwithme #westchesterwalk

We walked. We talked. We laughed and smiled. It was beautiful night. Thanks ladies. Let’s keep taking each other for walks, ok? Maybe we can make the movement a movement? #movementmaniacs #walkwithme #movementismedicine
