Spent the day in Multnomah Village, Mt. Tabor and NE Portland talking to residents and small business owners who want to see the expansion of court programs that aim to stop the cycle of new crimes. As the only candidate in Position 2 who is a judge, I come with eight years of municipal court experience including presiding over a nationally recognized drug treatment court. I also have extensive experience with Oregon's mental health systems, and I developed Beaverton's Behavioral Health Court.
Most new cases filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court are criminal, not civil. It needs judges experienced working with defendants with mental illness and addiction and I can do this from day 1 on the job.

She’s been in the hair industry since 2000, a stylist since 2005, and salon co-owner since 2017. Likes: movies and shows, pep-talks, music, skin care, pastries and coffee, fashion and style, memoirs, summer, punctuality, trees, nail art, vacations. Kelsie specializes in dimensional blonding and toning, vivid colors, transformational haircuts, short cuts, shags and mullets, bangs, and fine or thin hair.

Malissa is a licensed esthetician with over 20 years experience, specializing in facials, waxing, and natural looking brows. She takes pride in helping run a green salon space, prioritizing sustainability and conservation, using natural products and assuring that her clients have a relaxing experience. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, you can find Malissa on days off hiking, surfing, snowboarding, drawing, basket weaving, on the coast or traveling to remote parts of the world.
